Until now, fan letters have been accepted only in accordance to the offline public events with staff participation.
However, in response to numerous inquiries regarding the upcoming first anniversary of XG’s debut, we will be accepting fan letters as follows.

[Acceptance Period]
Monday, March 13th Mon. to Monday April 17th
*Any fan letters sent outside of this period will not be accepted.

[Acceptable Items]
At this time, we will only be accepting fan letters from the ALPHAZ.
*Any items containing anything other than letters, such as cash, gift certificates, photographs, or items, will not be accepted.
*Please note that all items other than fan letters will unavoidably be discarded as we are unable to return them.
*We can only accept items sent by mail. We do not accept delivery by any other method other than the one we have provided, such as in person (e.g., visiting the management company, at an artist's schedule site, etc.), or by cash on delivery.
