* Those who register as ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members before the end of the reservation period, and those who upgrade from MONTHLY plans are eligible. It is recommended that you register as a member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.
* Ticketing is NOT done on a first-come, first-served basis. Heavy data traffic is expected, especially just after the start and just before the end of the reservation period. Please apply early during the reservation period.
* Please proceed with your application only after thoroughly reading the notices and information found on the application website.

■ Admission fees
< Reserved Seating Only > ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY member: 4,400 yen (tax incl.)
* All Other General Admission: 4,900 yen (tax incl.)
* Additional system fee will be charged separately.
■ Ticket Limit
* Up to 4 tickets per application (Per each fan club member, a maximum of 3 people who may be other fan club members or non-members)

Members with ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD memberships may apply.
* Guest admission is 4,400 yen (tax incl.) if the guest is an ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member.
The non-member guest general admission is 4,900 yen (tax incl.).
■ Regarding tickets for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY members
* Even if a guest is not a member at the time of registration, the guest may purchase tickets at the member rate provided that they are enrolled as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member by the day of the performance.
* If tickets are purchased at the member rate, do not cancel your membership (or guest's membership) before the day of the performance.
* Verification of ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY membership is required to receive tickets purchased at the member rate.
Only members with ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY membership will be able to receive tickets, distribute tickets, and enter the venue on the day of the performance.
* Please be sure to renew your membership if you are an ALPHAZ MONTHLY member and your membership will expire before the day of the performance.
Please note that those who have cancelled their membership will not be able to be issued tickets at the member rate, distribute tickets, or enter the venue on the day of the performance unless they re-register and obtain a new membership number.
It is possible to register for a new membership on the day of the performance, but it may take some time to process your application and gain admission, so we encourage you to register in advance.
* If you have purchased tickets for your guest(s) at the member rate, please make sure that your guest(s) also enrolls as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD MONTHLY member before the day of the performance, and that you distribute the ticket to him/her. Tickets for members cannot be distributed to non-members.
■ Other Notices
* Children under 3 years old will not be admitted. Children 3 years old and older will be admitted with payment.
* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
* Please note that cancellations, adjustments, or refunds will not be made for any reason after tickets have been purchased.
* Admission will be via E-tickets for smartphones. Further details will be announced at a later date.
・Audio and video recording devices (as well as photography), including smartphones, are prohibited.
・For-profit resale is prohibited.
