* Annotated seats are seats where during parts of the performance, it will be difficult to view the entire stage or the performers depending on what is happening on stage
In addition, there may be instances where it may be difficult to hear the performance, as well as excessive noise from the equipment around the seat
Sensory experiences, such as visibility issues, hearing difficulties during the performance, and equipment noise tolerance, vary from person to person. We ask for your understanding in advance.
* We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding seating.
* No refunds, seat transfers, or complaints will be accepted after purchase. We ask for your understanding in advance.

* If an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY ticket is purchased for a guest's ticket, that guest must register or upgrade as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member before the end of the reservation period.
* It is recommended that you register as a member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.
* If tickets are purchased at the member rate, do not cancel your membership (or guest's membership) before the day of the performance.
* Please be sure to renew your membership if you are an ALPHAZ MONTHLY member and your membership will expire before the day of the performance.
* Please be sure to provide the ticket to any guests you may have before the day of the performance.
■ Other Notices
* Children under 3 years old will not be admitted. Children 3 years old and older will be admitted with payment.
* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
* Please note that cancellations, adjustments, or refunds will not be made for any reason after tickets have been purchased.
* Admission will be via E-tickets for smartphones. Further details will be announced at a later date.

■ How to receive tickets
* Admission will be via E-tickets for smartphones. Further details will be announced on the ALPHAZ app at a later date.
* Please be sure that you and any guests have downloaded the ALPHAZ app before the end of the application period in order to receive updates and details that will be provided at a later date.
* Those who purchase tickets must download the ALPHAZ app and register before the ticketing start date.
* In order to receive tickets, a smartphone with the following specifications is required.
■ Supported OS
iPhone: iOS 14 and above
Android: Android 9.0 and above (excluding certain models)
* Only the device with the phone number registered in the cell phone number field of the customer information at the time of application can receive tickets. Ticket information is linked to the cell phone number at the time of purchase.
You will not be able to receive tickets on a device with a different cell phone number, so do not change or cancel your phone number before the date of the performance.
* Be sure to enter the cell phone number of the device that you will bring with you on the day of the performance.
* Each person requires a ticket for admission to this performance, so please distribute tickets to each guest that you may have.
The ticket of the applicant may not be distributed or transferred to another person.
When applying, please verify that all attendees in your party have a smartphone with the above-mentioned compatible OS and SMS authentication.
* If you have not distributed tickets to each person in your group, your entry may be delayed.
Please distribute tickets to your guest(s) and have them register on the app and receive their tickets before arriving at the venue.
* If multiple tickets for a performance at the same date and time are purchased under the same name and cell phone number, there will always be a single ticket left over for each applicant.
Leftover tickets can only be used by the person who applied for the ticket. Please note that a different person will not be able to use that ticket or enter the venue.
* Guests who are minors and do not possess a compatible smartphone will be required to present an ID card and provide his/her name and contact information on the day of the performance upon admittance.
The applicant and all accompanying guests must be present for entry.
If such guest does not present ID, or if they are not actually a minor, they will not be admitted. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Our commitments to this event ■
● We encourage all performers and staff to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, disinfect, and otherwise take care of their health.
● We will maintain a sufficient distance between the audience and the stage.
● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed after the show.
● Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the venue, and no one under the influence of alcohol will be admitted.
● Those who are/may be pregnant, those with pre-existing or underlying medical conditions, and those who have difficulty functioning without assistance should use their best judgment and prioritize the safety of themselves and those involved in their care when considering attending.
● The performers will not accept gifts, bouquets, flower displays, letters, etc. Please be aware that any gifts given directly to the performers or staff will not be accepted.
■ What we ask of attendees ■
● Please regularly sanitize your hands.
● Please follow coughing etiquette when you are around other guests in and around the venue.
● Please be advised that our staff will approach you if you appear to be in poor health. Furthermore, you may not be allowed to enter the venue depending on your condition.
