* Only those who have registered as ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members and those who have upgraded from MONTHLY plans before the end of the reservation period are eligible. It is recommended that you register as a member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.
* Ticketing is NOT done on a first-come, first-served basis. Heavy data traffic is expected, especially just after the start and just before the end of the reservation period. Please apply early during the reservation period.
* Please proceed with your application only after thoroughly reading the notices and information found on the application website.
* There are no plans for additional performances for ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ.

Details for Annotated Seats
* Annotated seats are seats where during parts of the performance, it will be difficult to view the entire stage or the performers depending on what is happening on stage
In addition, there may be instances where it may be difficult to hear the performance, as well as excessive noise from the equipment around the seat
Sensory experiences, such as visibility issues, hearing difficulties during the performance, and equipment noise tolerance, vary from person to person. We ask for your understanding in advance.
* We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding seating.
* No refunds, seat transfers, or complaints will be accepted after purchase. We ask for your understanding in advance.
 
* An additional system fee will be charged separately.
 
■ Ticket Limit
* Up to 4 tickets per application (Per each fan club member, a maximum of 3 people who may be other fan club members or non-members)

Only members with ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD membership may apply.
Guest admission is 4,400 yen (tax incl.) if the guest is an ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member.
The non-member guest general admission is 4,900 yen (tax incl.).
 
■ Regarding tickets for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY members
* If an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY ticket is purchased for a guest's ticket, that guest must register or upgrade as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member before the end of the reservation period.
* It is recommended that you register as a member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.
* If tickets are purchased at the member rate, do not cancel your membership (or guest's membership) before the day of the performance.
* Please be sure to renew your membership if you are an ALPHAZ MONTHLY member and your membership will expire before the day of the performance.
* Please be sure to provide the ticket to any guests you may have before the day of the performance.

* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.

* Admission will be via E-tickets for smartphones. Further details will be announced at a later date.
