■ Announcement of results
All applicants will receive a notification in the INFORMATION section of the ALPHAZ app by Friday, November 24, 2023.

* Must be registered as an ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD member or upgraded from MONTHLY membership before application deadline to be eligible. It is recommended that you register as a new member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.
* Applications are NOT accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be selected via a fair and proper lottery from among all applicants who apply before the deadline.
* Please note that we will not be able to reply to any inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.
* ALPHAZ ANNUAL member-exclusive lottery event eligibility is limited to members who have received a winning lottery notification and visit the fan club booth on the day of the performance.
* Please log in to the ALPHAZ app and present the MEMBER ID member information screen on the day of the performance. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will be ineligible to win.
* Winners can redeem prizes for their own account only. Redeeming the prize from the account of a different account holder is not permitted.
* No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded. ALPHAZ-exclusive trading cards and other prizes will not be shipped.
* Prizes may only be redeemed during fan club booth hours, so please arrive with sufficient time before closing.
* Fan club booth hours will be announced once they have been decided.
* Crowding is expected between venue opening and start of performance. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the booth with sufficient time to spare. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish before the start of the performance, the waiting line may be terminated. We appreciate your understanding.
* Please be aware that it will be very crowded near the start of the performance, and there is a possibility that you may not be able to arrive at your seat before the performance begins. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience caused by crowding.
* The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding.
* Meet & greet is exclusive to winners of "XG Prize: MEET & GREET". Any accompanying guests will not be allowed to attend under any circumstances.
* The "XG Prize: MEET & GREET" is planned to be held following the 7:00pm performance. Please be aware that there may be waiting time after the performance before preparations are complete.
