■ How to check point balance
After logging in to the ALPHAZ app, you can see your accumulated points by going to "MEMBER ID"
 
* To learn how to earn points, tap the "PASCH POINT" button on the "MEMBER ID" screen and check the "Earn points" section

■ How to play Gacha Gacha
① Log in to the ALPHAZ app, and select "MEMBER ID".


② Select "PASCH POINT". 


③ Select "'NEW DNA' SHOWCASE in JAPAN" shown under "Use points".


④ In front of the Fan Club Booth staff, please press "Use points".

* Please note that if you press the button in advance, it will be invalidated and the points used will not be refunded.

* Each try of the Gacha Gacha uses 200 points.
Pull limit: Each person may try up to 3 times in a row. If you would like to try 4 or more times, you must return to the end of the line and wait again.
* Log in to the ALPHAZ app and present your digital membership card and point balance, displayed on the "MEMBER ID" screen.
Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will not be eligible.
* Prizes are limited. The Gacha Gacha will close once the maximum number has been reached.
* No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded. Prizes will not be shipped.
* Gacha Gacha and prize exchange will only be available during the fan club booth hours, so be sure to arrive before it closes.
* Fan club booth hours will be announced once they have been decided.
* Crowding is expected between venue opening and start of performance. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the booth with sufficient time to spare. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish before the start of the performance, the waiting line may be terminated. We appreciate your understanding.
* Please be aware that it will be very crowded near the start of the performance, and there is a possibility that you may not be able to arrive at your seat before the performance begins. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience caused by crowding. 
* The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding. 
* Only the account holder may play the Gacha Gacha. Playing using another member's account is prohibited.
* Meet & greet is exclusive to winners of "XG Prize: MEET & GREET". Any accompanying guests will not be allowed to attend under any circumstances.
* The "XG Prize: MEET & GREET" is planned to be held following the 7:00pm performance. Please be aware that there may be waiting time after the performance before preparations are complete.
