Due to a system error, the application page for the 【XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL”】 Japan performance official special pre-sale, which was scheduled to start accepting applications from 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 20th, failed to display correctly, preventing ticket applications.

A smartphone with the specialized app "ALPHAZ" is required to receive and access your tickets.
※Please ensure that everyone in your party, including companions, downloads the ALPHAZ app.
※Although it is a fan club app, downloading, registering, and using the purchased tickets through the app are free of charge.
After purchasing your tickets, please complete the following steps 1-6 in advance to ensure smooth entry on the day of the event.
If these steps are not completed beforehand, entry could be delayed.

1. Download the "ALPHAZ" App

2. Logging into the 'ALPHAZ' App
To use the ALPHAZ app and its TICKET feature, a ＋ID is required.
If you do not have a ＋ID, you can create one by selecting "Create ＋ID" on the ALPHAZ app login screen or by choosing "Create ＋ID" from the menu at the top right of the ALPHAZ website.
After creating your ＋ID, log in to the ALPHAZ app by selecting "Log in with ＋ID."
If you already have a ＋ID, simply log in to the ALPHAZ app using your existing ＋ID by selecting "Log in with ＋ID."
3. Registering for the TICKET Feature
After logging into the ALPHAZ app, you need to register for the TICKET feature in advance. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration.
【Registration Steps】
① From the menu, select "TICKET."
② Enter your information on the TICKET basic information input screen, then press the confirmation button.
③ Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the phone number verification.
④ Once the registration completion screen appears, press the "Return" button.
⑤ The registration is complete when the MY EVENT screen is displayed.
※Please ensure that you register using the mobile phone number that you used when purchasing the ticket.
※If it is before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date), tickets will not be displayed.
Steps 4 to 6 should be completed after the event display start date (ticket issuance start date).
Once ticket issuance begins, a notification email will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application, informing you that tickets are available.
4. Ticket Collection
After the event display start time (ticket issuance start time), follow the steps below to collect your tickets.
【Ticket Collection Procedure】
① Press "TICKET" from the menu.
② If your mobile phone number used for registration at the time of ticket purchase is registered, the RECEIVE (Ticket Collection) screen will be displayed.
③ Press "Confirm" on the RECEIVE (Ticket Collection) screen.
④ Check the ticket details and press "Collect Ticket."
⑤ Once "Ticket Collected" is displayed, the collection process is complete.
※If you have not completed the registration, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration (enter basic information for TICKET use and phone number verification).
※Tickets will only be displayed if they are available for the registered phone number.
※If the phone number used for ticket purchase and the phone number authenticated in the ALPHAZ app are different, you will not be able to issue the ticket, so please be careful.
※Tickets cannot be viewed on the app before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date).
5. Distributing Tickets
For this performance, each attendee must have one ticket for entry. If you have purchased more than one ticket, please distribute them to your companions following these steps.
【Ticket Distribution Procedure】
① Press "TICKET" from the menu.
② Select the event you want to distribute tickets for from "MY EVENT."
③ Press "Ticket Details" for the ticket you wish to distribute.
④ Press "Transfer Ticket."
⑤ Choose either "Email," "SMS," or "Copy URL." Pressing one of these buttons will either launch an application with a URL for the transfer, or the URL will be copied.
⑥ Send the URL without deleting it. If you've copied the URL, paste it into a messaging app of your choice and send it to your companion.
⑦ The ticket status on the display will change to "Waiting for Collection."
⑧ Once the companion has completed the collection, the name of the person who received the ticket will be displayed on the ticket.
※Tickets assigned to the purchaser cannot be distributed or transferred, so please be aware.
※Companions also need to download and register for the ALPHAZ app.
※If you arrive at the venue with tickets undistributed, it may take time to enter.
Please ensure that you distribute the tickets and that your companions have downloaded the ALPHAZ app and collected their tickets before coming to the venue
6. Entry Method on the Day of the Event
Entry at the venue will be done through QR code verification. Please access your QR code by pressing "TICKET" from the ALPHAZ app menu, then from the QR tab or the ticket screen by pressing "Display Entry QR Code," and proceed to the entrance.
※You cannot participate in the event using screenshots or screen captures of the QR code.
※Each attendee must display their QR code one at a time for entry.
※If steps 1-4 have not been completed for both the applicant and any companions, entry may be delayed. Please ensure that you have received and distributed your tickets before coming to the venue.
※As the entrance can get very crowded just before the performance starts, there is a risk of not entering on time if you arrive too close to the starting time. Please arrive early to allow plenty of time.
※If your smartphone is offline or not displaying the latest QR code, it may not be authenticated. In such cases, pressing the update button in an online environment will display the latest QR code.
