■ How to check point balance
Log in to the ALPHAZ App, go to "MEMBER ID" in the upper right menu, and tap "ALPHAZ POINT" to view your "Available Points".
* To learn how to earn points, tap "ALPHAZ POINT" on the "MEMBER ID" page and then tap "ALPHAZ APP" under "Earn points".
■ How to play LUCKY DRAW
① Log in to the ALPHAZ app and tap "MEMBER ID".
② Tap "ALPHAZ POINT".
③ Select "XG 1st WORLD TOUR 'The first HOWL'" shown at the very bottom of the page under "Use points".
④ In front of the fan club booth staff, please press "Use points".
* The "XG 1st WORLD TOUR 'The first HOWL'" and "Use points" buttons will be displayed on the day of the show.
* Please note that if you press the button in advance, points used will be invalidated and will not be refunded.

* Each attempt at the LUCKY DRAW uses 200 points.
Pull limit: Each person may play up to two times in a row. If you would like to try three or more times, you must return to the end of the line and wait again.
* Those who win the XG prize will not be eligible to receive the participation prize.
* The card design of the complete set of ALPHAZ member-exclusive trading cards given out as the XG prize differs between each performance day. Only one set of three possible types (A, B, or C design) will be distributed on each performance day. Depending on the circumstances, these are subject to change.

* Please note that if you cannot attend the SEND-OFF EVENT, we cannot refund points used for this purpose or transfer your right to attend the event to another date or venue.
* Voice recording, video recording, photography, and livestreaming are strictly prohibited during the SEND-OFF EVENT. Anyone found engaging in these activities will have their data deleted and be asked to leave the venue immediately.
* Crowding is expected during the time leading up to the opening of the venue. Please help reduce crowding by arriving early.
* Please note that if it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the performance, the waiting line for the point event may be terminated.
* We will ask you to log in to the ALPHAZ app and show your "MEMBER ID" digital membership card and point balance. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will not be eligible.
* There is a limited number of prizes. The LUCKY DRAW will close once the maximum number has been reached.
* Only the account holder may play the LUCKY DRAW. Playing using another member's account is prohibited.
* The special event is exclusive to winners of the "HOWL Prize: SEND-OFF EVENT". Any accompanying guests regardless of age will not be allowed to attend.
