For all ticket purchasers and companions, we kindly ask that you perform the following steps in advance before attending the event.
*Due to the arrival status of guests, we may expect mobile network congestion near the venue, leading to longer entry times. To avoid this, please ensure you have completed these steps in an area with good network reception before arriving.
① Update the ALPHAZ App
Please ensure that you have the latest app update installed before attending the event.
The app update is mandatory to display the entry QR code within the ALPHAZ app. Therefore, we ask both ticket purchasers and companions to update the app to the latest version before arriving at the venue.
② Distribution of Tickets to Companions
A smartphone compatible with the "ALPHAZ" app will be necessary for ticket reception and entry.
Ensure both companions and ticket purchasers download the ALPHAZ app and distribute/receive the tickets in advance before attending.
Downloading, registration and using purchased tickets through the “ALPHAZ” fan club app can all be done for free.

・Regarding accompanying caregivers, please note that we can only accommodate one accompanying caregiver per individual who requires assistance and would otherwise find it inconvenient without their presence. Additionally, due to space constraints, wheelchair users may need to sit side by side with their caregiver during the event.
・Kindly be informed that we do not offer wheelchair rental services, so please ensure you have made arrangements for your own wheelchair if needed.
●Regarding Items Allowed Inside the Venue●
The bringing of electronic devices (such as cameras, binoculars with recording capabilities, recorders, and video recording equipment), as well as hazardous items, into the venue is strictly prohibited.
Please note that we cannot hold items for you inside the venue, so please deposit any luggage, such as suitcases, in nearby coin lockers beforehand and bring only compact belongings with you upon entry.
If any prohibited items are discovered, please follow the instructions provided by our staff.
●Resale and transfer of tickets●
The purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited. If the act of selling or purchasing tickets is discovered at an auction site or on a social networking service, etc., the seller or purchaser will be refused admission to the venue. Please do not sell or purchase tickets on resale websites, nor resell or transfer tickets offline in the vicinity of the venue.
Selling or transferring tickets to third parties, including family and friends (even if no money is exchanged), is also prohibited.
If you are found to be reselling or transferring tickets in any way, for any reason, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
Please note that no refunds will be made for any ticket price, even if you are not admitted to the venue.
The organizers and official ticket sellers will not be held responsible for any problems that occur due to resale or transfer.
●Regarding Fan goods●
・The use of light or sound emitting devices other than official merchandise is prohibited.
・Please use any cheering merchandise at chest height during the performance.Please be considerate of those around you during the show.
・Banners etc using the portraits and logos of the artists are permitted at "XG 'NEW DNA' SHOWCASE in JAPAN". Merchandise is for your own enjoyment,the production, sale, or distribution of such merchandise for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
・Please do not make or use cheerleading goods of a size that may cause inconvenience to other visitors.
●Regarding Guest-Initiated events●
Initiatives or fan-activities initiated by guests within the venue or during the performance may potentially disrupt the operation and production of the event. Therefore, such initiatives are strictly prohibited.
●Regarding Unauthorized Merchandise●
The sale or distribution of unofficial merchandise within the venue premises, as well as in nearby facilities or public spaces, is strictly prohibited.
In cases of malicious intent, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.
●Regarding Fan Letters●
We will provide a box within the venue for the collection of fan letters.
Only fan letters with greetings from our ALPHAZ are permissible.
Cash, gift vouchers, photographs, items, or anything other than letters are strictly prohibited.
As items other than fan letters cannot be returned, we regretfully must dispose of them if received, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
●Recording, video recording, photography, live streaming, etc●
You are allowed to take photos and videos during the live performance.
You may also post them to your social network. However, please observe the following rules.
・Photographic equipment is limited to smartphones only.
・The use of cameras such as SLRs and digital cameras is prohibited.
・Please refrain from using a tripod, smartphone telescope, selfie stick, or holder to take pictures.
・Streaming and other video distribution is prohibited.
・Please refrain from using communication apps for video calls.
・Please be considerate of the people around you who may be captured in your photography.
・We may take action if we find any malicious photography or postings may cause inconvenience to surrounding guests.
・During the performance, we kindly ask that you either remain seated in your assigned seat or stand in your own seating area for viewing.
・Actions such as leaving your seat, rushing forward, leaning out, etc., are strictly prohibited.
・To avoid crowding at the exits after the performance, controlled exits will be implemented. Please remain seated and wait for instructions from staff until directed to leave.
