We would like to inform you about the XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL" Landing at São Paulo.
Please check the following information carefully so that you can have an enjoyable time with XG.
【Important Notice to Ticket Purchasers for XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL" Landing at São Paulo】
<General Information>
● Door timings:
- VIP Check-In: 10AM to 3:30PM-Table with hosts outside the venue.
Wristbands will be given and these are numbered from 001 -600 per arrival order
- VIP Doors Open: 4:00PM- VIP will remain at the lounge of the venue
- Doors Open to Public: 6:30PM
- Show Time: 8:30PM
● Admission by full ticket only, printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
● There will be security checks at designated security checkpoints, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
● Ticket Holders with prohibited items will not be allowed access.
● No re-entry permitted
<Regarding Fan Letters>
● We will provide a box within the venue for the collection of fan letters.
● Only fan letters with greetings from our ALPHAZ are permissible.
● Cash, gift vouchers, photographs, items, or anything other than letters are strictly prohibited.
● As items other than fan letters cannot be returned, we regretfully must dispose of them if received, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
<Regarding Fan Goods>
● The use of light or sound emitting devices other than official merchandise is prohibited.
● Please use any cheering merchandise at chest height during the performance. Please be considerate of those around you during the show.
● Banners etc. using the portraits and logos of the artists are permitted. Fan goods made for your own enjoyment are permitted. Any production, sale, or distribution of such goods for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any banners with wood structures will not be allowed into the venue.
● Please do not make or use cheer leading goods of a size that may cause inconvenience to other visitors and fans.
<Regarding Guest-Initiated Events>
● Initiatives or fan-activities initiated by guests within the venue or during the performance may potentially disrupt the operation and production of the event.
※Only pre-approved fan-activities are allowed.
<Regarding Unauthorized Merchandise>
● The sale of unofficial merchandise within the premises, as well as in nearby facilities or public spaces, is strictly prohibited.
To note: Promoter does not control illegal sales outside the area of the venue.
● In cases of malicious intent, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.
<Audio, photography & videography policy>
● You are allowed to take photos and videos during the live performance.
● You may also post them to your social network. However, please observe the following rules:
- Photographic equipment is limited to smartphones only.
- The use of cameras such as SLRs and digital cameras is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using a tripod, smartphone telescope, selfie stick, or other holder to take pictures.
- Streaming and other video distribution is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using communication apps or video calls.
- Please be considerate of the people around you who may be captured in your photography.
- We may take action if we find any malicious photography or posts that may cause inconvenience to surrounding guests.
- During the performance, we kindly ask that you either remain in your assigned seat or stand in your seating area for viewing.
- Actions such as leaving your standing place and/or seat, rushing forward, leaning out, etc., are strictly prohibited.
- On the day of each performance, please listen for announcements within the venue for any additional instructions.
-Please note we may be doing an outside check on discounted tickets (students, handicapped and elderly discounts) and if any person does not have proper ID showing respective price category will have to go to the box office to proceed with the payment of the ticket at full price. This has been previously communicated to punters.
<Prohibited Items>
● The bringing of electronic devices (such as professional cameras, binoculars with recording capabilities, recorders, and video recording equipment), as well as hazardous items, into the venue is strictly prohibited.
● The following restricted / prohibited items are NOT permitted into the venue:
・Animals (Service animals are permitted, if accompanying a blind person)
・Drug/Illegal Substances and medicine without prescription
・Deodorant, cosmetic or perfume with a volume greater than 90ml
・Fireworks/Flares/Smoke Bombs, or any incendiary device
・Flammable products
・Weapons (knives, guns, chains, or any item that can be construed as a weapon)
・Flashlights, laser pens, laser pointers, lasers, walkie-talkie and drones
・GoPros (or similar), selfie sticks, laptops and tablets
・Jewelry, belts, pingents, accessories or outfits with spikes/studs that may cause harm
・Banners and flags with conductor, oversized signs
・Professional cameras (anything with a detachable lens), video cameras, detachable lenses, phone zoom lenses
・Stools or any equipment used to stand on
・Umbrellas
・Noise-making devices (air horns, whistles, etc.)
・Mini fan
・Electronic cigarettes
・Soccer team jersey
・Water gun, folders, stickers, paper roll, newspaper, books, card games and magazines
・Containers, cans or cups made of rigid materials (including thermal cups)
・Glass cups or any kind of container
・Alcoholic beverages
・Motorcycle helmet (or similar)
・Backpacks, bags or purses bigger than 30x15x20cm
・Materials or objects that may cause harm
-Any other items as determined by the Organiser that may cause injury, or public nuisance.
-Venue Management reserves the right to prohibit and/or remove any items from the venue at any time
<Regarding VIP ticket holders’ benefits>
► Soundcheck
● All VIP ticket holders will receive a numbered wristband during the check-in, and the number on it represents their number on the line (numbers are first-come first-serve);
● If a ticket holder causes trouble and doesn’t respect the line, they will be removed from the VIP experiences and become the last ones to enter the venue for the concert;
● Wristbands need to be kept on during all the VIP experiences and throughout the show;
● Check-in for VIP will start at 10AM and end at 3:30PM
Latecomers that arrive after 3:30PM will lose the Soundcheck and Send Off events, and only be allowed to enter the venue with the general audience at 6:30PM;
● Latecomers that have checked in for VIP but are not in their place in line at 4PM, will lose the Soundcheck and Send Off events, and only be allowed to enter the venue with the general audience at 6:30PM;
● Doors for the VIP experience will open at 4PM.
● Strictly no photography and videography during the Soundcheck and Send off, patrons found with prohibited items such as cameras or taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
● After Soundcheck ends, the VIP ticket holders will be placed in line again and the Send Off event will start.
► Send Off Event
● Send Off will start right after the Soundcheck ends;
● Strictly NO photography & videography is allowed during the send-off party, patrons found taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
Please cooperate with the staff at the venue and follow their directions.
