＜Regarding the "Individual Offline Sign Event with a Member"＞
You can enjoy one minute and 30 seconds, one-on-one offline sign event with a member of XG.
* Only the winner can participate. No companions are allowed under any circumstances.
* The autograph session will be for one CD or VINYL purchased on the day of the event. Please make sure not to forget your item when reassembling.
* The autograph will include one name (TO. 〇〇) and one signature on the CD or VINYL. The name must be your real name in either Japanese or English.
* In addition to the name and signature, each member will answer (write) one question per person, which should be written on a sticky note. If you wish to ask a question, please bring only one sticky note to the venue. Staff will check the sticky note and question in advance. (Drawings, long-form answers, requests, or demands will not be accepted.)
* There may be a security check, including a bag inspection and metal detector body scan. Please cooperate.
* Large items (like suitcases or strollers) cannot be brought in. Please use nearby coin lockers to store such items in advance. There is no space to store luggage inside the venue.
* Please refrain from any actions other than the offline sign event, such as harassing, threatening, shouting at, giving gifts to, or touching the members or staff.
* No entry or participation is allowed if you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
* Recording, filming, and photography are strictly prohibited during the event.
* The event will start as soon as preparations are complete after the concert. We are not responsible for your return journey, including missing the last train.
* Please follow the instructions of the event staff.
* There may be filming on the day, and you might be recorded. Please be aware of this in advance.
■ Regarding the Venue CD Sales Booth:
- Customers without a concert ticket cannot purchase items at the venue.
- Depending on the congestion on the day, there is a possibility that the start time of sales may change. Please be aware of this in advance.
- There is a limited number of products and benefits, and some items may have limited stock. Please note that even if you line up, you may not be able to purchase them. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Depending on the situation, we may set a limit on the number of items per order.
