■General Information

※ For the upgrade lottery, you may only apply with the same number of tickets you originally purchased through either the “ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Priority Pre-order (Lottery)” or the “ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY Paid Member Ticket Pre-order (Lottery)."ALPHAZ All Members (including free members) Ticket Pre-Sale (Lottery)""Exclusive Ticket Lottery for American Express Card Members"” Partial upgrades for only some tickets are not allowed.

※ If you were selected in both of the above pre-orders, you may apply for the upgrade lottery separately for each set of tickets.

※ VIP SEAT (STAND) is an upgrade from designated seating. If selected in the upgrade lottery, you will be required to pay a difference of ¥10,000 (tax included) per ticket.

※ Although you will apply separately for the All-Reserved Seat and VIP SEAT (STAND), if you are selected and complete payment for the upgrade, your ticket will be displayed as a single ticket: “All-Reserved Seat (VIP SEAT STAND)” at the time of issuance.

2. **Log in to the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To use the ALPHAZ app and ticketing features, an XGALX ID is required.
If you do not yet have an XGALX ID, please select “Sign Up (Free)” on the ALPHAZ app login screen, or click “Sign Up (Free)” from the menu at the top right of the ALPHAZ website to create one.
Once your XGALX ID has been created, you can log in to the ALPHAZ app by selecting “Login” and entering your ID.
If you already have an XGALX ID, please log in using your existing ID via the “Login” button in the ALPHAZ app.
