At "XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE," we will be using wirelessly controlled official lights (XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 and XG Wristband Light) to create a penlight effect.
To enjoy the performance, you will need to register your seat information (pair) to your penlight in advance.
Please install the smartphone app "XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK" in advance and register your seat information.

*You can register your seat information after the "seat number" is displayed at each ticket agency.
*Due to the nature of the performance, bringing in any penlights other than the XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 and XG Wristband Light is prohibited.

<<Notes on pairing>>
・Please register in advance
In crowded places such as concert venues, pairing may be difficult due to poor signal strength and Bluetooth interference. Please be sure to complete the pairing setup in the app before arriving at the venue.

・ Regarding multiple registrations
You can register seating information for multiple penlights using one smartphone. After registering the first penlight, follow the same procedure to register the second and subsequent penlights.

For those who do not have a smartphone
On the day of the event, we will assist you with registration at the "Penlight Inquiry Desk" set up at the venue. However, as congestion is expected, if you can borrow a smartphone from a family member or friend, please register in advance if possible.

・For those attending multiple performances
If you are attending two or more performances, you will need to register your seating information for each performance.

Important: About settings during the performance
During the performance, if your penlight is flashing blue (Bluetooth mode), the effects will not be reflected. Be sure to perform the following steps to return it to performance mode (light color: white).
For XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1
Slide the slide button on the back of the device to the "up" position.
For XG Wristband Light
Press and hold the white button on the top of the light-emitting part for more than 3 seconds to stop the blue flashing.

<<Battery Precautions>>
The "XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1" that will be sold at the venue on the day will come with batteries.
If you already have a light, please be sure to bring your own batteries with you.
If the battery is low, the effects may not be displayed correctly or the power may turn off. We strongly recommend replacing the batteries with new ones beforehand.
XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1: 3 AAA alkaline batteries
XG Wristband Light: 2 AAA alkaline batteries
Please check the positive (+) and negative (-) side of the battery (the side with the spring is the negative side).
