After downloading the ALPHAZ app, please register your XGALX ID by tapping 【New Registration (Free)】.
Verify your email, and open the ALPHAZ app again to log in by tapping 【Log in with +ID】.
Tap 【SETTINGS】 in the upper right menu.
Select a plan under 【 Join 】 to register.
* Participants must complete membership registration and payment within the campaign period to qualify for this offer. Registrations outside the campaign period will not be eligible.
* Payments cannot be made at the fan club booth. Please sign up during the campaign and show your "MEMBER ID" digital membership card displayed on the ALPHAZ app at the fan club booth.
■ How to Upgrade Your Membership
Members who upgrade from a MONTHLY membership to an ANNUAL/PREMIUM or ANNUAL/STANDARD membership during the campaign period will also be eligible to receive gifts.
(Members who upgrade from an ANNUAL/STANDARD membership to an ANNUAL/PREMIUM membership are not eligible for this upgrade campaign.)

【About Gifts】
・There is a limited number of gifts available.
・Winners of the XG Prize will not receive the Participation Prize.
・Trading card designs for the XG Prize and Participation Prize cannot be selected and will be distributed at random.
・XG Prize: One complete set will be given at random from the three available sets.
・Participation Prize: One card will be distributed at random from 14 available designs.
・THE CORE, XG and ALPHAZ prizes are valid only on the day of the draw. Please claim your prize directly from the fan club booth staff on that day. Prizes cannot be redeemed at a later date.
・No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded. Please note that we do not offer shipping for prizes.
・Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set on the number of prizes each member can receive.
【About Participation & Membership】
・Please note that New Membership/Upgrade Campaign gifts are limited to one per membership number during the campaign period.
・Log in to the ALPHAZ app on the day of the performance and present your digital membership card and point balance, displayed on the "MEMBER ID" screen. Screenshots cannot be used.
・Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will not be eligible.
・Only the account holder may participate in the LUCKY DRAW and trading card giveaways. Participation using accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted.
・If prize reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), prizes will be withheld at the discretion of the ALPHAZ Office. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who have previously been denied venue-exclusive gifts will also be ineligible to receive gifts for this event.
【About the “THE CORE Prize: SEND‑OFF EVENT”】
・Only winners themselves may participate; accompanying persons are not allowed in any case. However, if a referred friend wins THE CORE Prize, their referrer may join the event together with them.
・Transfer to any third party (including family members) or resale is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in invalidation of the prize.
・The event is scheduled to take place after the show. Please note that there may be a waiting period while preparations are made.
・Please note that if you are unable to attend the SEND-OFF EVENT, transfers to other dates or venues will not be available.
・Recording, filming, photography, or live streaming during the event is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be required to delete the data and will be immediately removed from the venue..
【About the Refer‑a‑Friend Campaign】
・For the Refer-a-Friend Campaign, one referring member is eligible for benefits per newly joining friend.
・Please be sure to accompany your friend to the fan club booth at the venue when your friend enrolls. This campaign requires a member to be present when a new member enrolls.

・Crowding is expected between venue opening and start of performance. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the venue with sufficient time to spare. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the performance, the waiting line may be terminated.
・Please note that we accept no responsibility for any inconveniences, including missing the show start time, due to congestion.
・The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding.
・Please note that the campaign may be canceled if the management determines the event cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding..
