* This event is intended primarily as an opportunity for XG to interact with ALPHAZ. Therefore, there will be no live performance.
[Special Lottery] Invitation to the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members
* ALPHAZ ANNUAL/PREMIUM members who are also Gold Members (ALPHAZ membership duration of 3 years or more) both at the time of purchase and at the time of the Special Anniversary Event will be entered into a lottery. Selected members will be invited to the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members instead of the Send-Off Event With All Members.
* Eligible members will automatically be entered into the lottery upon purchasing the ALPHAZ 4th Anniversary Merch SET.
■ [Important] Participation Limit
To allow as many ALPHAZ as possible to participate, participation in the Special Anniversary Event is limited to [3 times per session per person].
(For example, you may participate up to 3 times in Tokyo Session 1, 3 times in Tokyo Session 2, 3 times in Kyoto Session 1, and so on.)
Please note that even if you successfully purchase four or more eligible products, participation in any single session will still be limited to 3 times.

[Notes Regarding Purchases and Applications]

・Members residing outside Japan are also welcome to participate. However, purchases made by anyone other than the member themselves, including through proxy purchasing services, will not be eligible to participate.
・Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. ・The announcement schedule for the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members winners is tentative and may change depending on circumstances. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding lottery results. The number of winners is not scheduled to be announced.
・If the participation quota for the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members is not filled by ALPHAZ ANNUAL/PREMIUM Gold Members (ALPHAZ membership duration: 3 years or more), ALPHAZ ANNUAL/STANDARD members or Silver Members (ALPHAZ membership duration: 1 year or more) may also be selected.
・Please note that order cancellations, refunds, and transfers of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances, including in the event that you become unable to participate in the Special Anniversary Event.
・Further details for the day of the event will be provided separately only to eligible members.
[Notes Regarding Participation in the Special Anniversary Event and Identity Verification]
・Only the eligible members may participate in the Special Anniversary Event. Participation by anyone other than the eligible member is strictly prohibited.
・Identity verification will be conducted on the day of the event using a valid photo ID. Please refer to 【Required Items to Bring on the Day of the Event】 for details. Members who fail to present the specified forms of identification will not be permitted to participate.
・Preschool children may not participate, and bringing them into the Special Anniversary Event area is not permitted. Children of elementary school age or older may participate. Guardians may accompany their children to the reception area and waiting line only. The participating child must enter the event area alone. Please apply only if the child is able to participate on their own.
・If only the guardian is participating, they may not bring their children who have not purchased the Merch Set into the Special Anniversary Event area. For safety reasons, preschool children may not be left unattended outside the event area. Guardians may participate only if their children of elementary school age or older are able to wait on their own in the reception or waiting area. However, as an exception for the Special Lottery "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members" only, winning guardians may enter the event area accompanied by their preschool children.
・Participants requiring assistance, such as wheelchair users, are kindly asked to inform a staff member upon arrival. Please note that staff members are unable to provide personal assistance, so please attend with your own companion.
・Participants who arrive after the designated meeting time will not be permitted to participate in the Special Anniversary Event for any reason, including natural disasters or transportation disruptions. (Transfers to another session, date or venue will not be available.)
・Participants who are feeling unwell on the day of the Special Anniversary Event will not be admitted. (e.g., Participants with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms such as coughing.)
・The venue is not equipped with specialized medical equipment. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or those requiring medical devices participate at their own responsibility.
[Rules and Details for the Special Anniversary Event Venue]
・For the safety of both participants and the artists, security screenings using metal detectors, bag inspections, or temporary holding of personal belongings by staff may be conducted.
・Staff may guide participants by touching their shoulders, arms, or other parts of the body. Please participate only if you agree to these conditions.
・Large luggage such as suitcases and strollers may interfere with the smooth operation of the Special Anniversary Event. Please store them in nearby coin lockers or other storage facilities before arriving. Participants bringing suitcases will not be permitted to enter the event venue. We also kindly ask that you keep hand luggage to a minimum to ensure all participants have an equal amount of time during the event.
・A collection box will be placed at the fan club booth inside the venue. The box is for heartfelt fan letters from ALPHAZ only. Cash, gift certificates, photographs, gifts, or any items other than letters will not be accepted. Please note that items other than fan letters cannot be returned and will be disposed of.
・Please follow all instructions given by staff regarding entry to the venue and the Special Anniversary Event. Participants who fail to comply will be asked to leave.
・Other events may also be taking place at each venue. Please refrain from any behavior that may interfere with those events. If your behavior disrupts another event, you may be asked not to participate in the Special Anniversary Event, or the event itself may be canceled.
・The venue is an event hall that will also be used by guests who are not participating in the Special Anniversary Event. Please be considerate and avoid causing inconvenience to others.
・Please manage your own health, such as by staying hydrated and taking appropriate precautions, whether indoors or outdoors, during the Special Anniversary Event.
・Please take all trash with you when leaving the venue.
・Security staff will be stationed throughout the venue to ensure safe operations. If you notice any suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest security staff immediately.
[Prohibited Activities]
* The following prohibited activities will result in a strict warning upon discovery. In serious cases, strict measures such as confiscation of participation ticket(s), denial of future participation in the Special Anniversary Event, and ID verification will be enforced. Participants who violate these rules may also be prohibited from applying for or participating in future events. These rules and precautions are in place with the safety of both participants and the XG members as our highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, or forging participation tickets, or obtaining them through fraudulent means
* Participation exceeding the set limit will not be permitted. Even in such cases, purchased merchandise cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued. Receiving a participation ticket from another person, including friends or family members, will be considered "transfer."
* Forging participation tickets is a criminal offense. Appropriate legal action will be taken if such activity is discovered. The emails titled "Special Anniversary Event Details" or "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members Winner Notification (Selected Participants Only)" must not be copied, forged, sold for profit, or listed on auction sites or similar services under any circumstances. Any such emails obtained through resale or other unauthorized means will be deemed invalid. If fraudulent activity is discovered, the participant's eligibility will be revoked.
・Actions that delay the progress of the Special Anniversary Event
* During the Send-Off Event With All Members, participants must continue walking through the designated route at all times. Please continue moving without stopping. Stopping to talk to the members or making requests such as asking them to call your name or strike a pose is strictly prohibited. Stopping to flip through a sketchbook or drawing paper, to write messages, or to engage in similar actions will also be considered delaying the event.
* Intentionally refusing to line up despite holding a participation ticket will also be considered delaying the event. Once the reception closing announcement has been made, no requests will be accommodated for any reason.
・Audio recording, video recording, photography, transmission of such data, or bringing equipment intended for these purposes into the venue
* Audio recording, video recording, and photography using any device, such as cameras and smartphones, are strictly prohibited.
* In addition, if any violation is discovered, we will collect your personal information for the purpose of investigating and preventing misconduct. Please participate only if you consent to this procedure. We will verify your identity, require the deletion of all prohibited recordings or images, confiscate all participation tickets, and prohibit you from participating in any similar future events. The same measures will apply if any previously recorded unauthorized audio, video, or photographic data are discovered.
* All electronic devices capable of audio recording, video recording, or photography must be powered off and stored inside your bag before entering the event area. Please be sure to bring a bag with you to store your electronic devices during the event.
・Cutting in line
* Both the person cutting in line and the person allowing someone to cut in will be removed from the line. In addition, if you leave the line, you may not return to your original position and must rejoin at the end of the line. The only exception is for restroom use. In such cases, you must first confirm with the participants in front of and behind you in line, then inform a nearby staff member. Only under these circumstances will you be permitted to return to your original position. If you fail to notify staff, no requests will be accommodated regardless of the reason. To prevent disputes such as line-cutting, queueing on behalf of another person is also strictly prohibited.
・Slandering, insulting, threatening, or swearing at the artists or staff, or raising your voice excessively during the Special Anniversary Event
* If any participant directs abusive language, insults, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable requests toward the artists, they will be asked to leave immediately and may be prohibited from participating in future similar events.
・Waiting for artists to arrive or depart inside or outside the venue, engaging in similar behavior, or causing inconvenience to tenants (including waiting inside tenant facilities)
・Overnight stays, sitting for extended periods, or gathering around the venue, or causing inconvenience to stores inside the venue
・Waiting for artists to arrive or depart, following them, or engaging in similar behavior in public facilities, within the venue, or at other tenant facilities
・Reserving spaces by leaving personal belongings in any area
* Reserving spaces with sheets or other items is prohibited regardless of whether or not the person reserving the space is present.
* Items left unattended for an extended period will be removed by staff. The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for any removed or unattended belongings.
・Viewing the event while using ladders, step stools, or similar platforms inside the venue
・Bringing pets or animals into the venue
* As some participants may have allergies, pets and animals are prohibited for safety reasons.
・Consuming alcohol, or entering the venue or participating in the Special Anniversary Event while under the influence of alcohol
[Other]
・Images are for illustrative purposes only. As the merchandise is still under final review, the actual merchandise may differ slightly from the images shown.
・Please refrain from contacting the event venue regarding the Special Anniversary Event.
・All transportation, accommodation, and other expenses associated with attending the Special Anniversary Event are the responsibility of the participant. We will not compensate for transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses if the event ends later than scheduled.
・The Special Anniversary Event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, changes to participating members due to illness or accidents, transportation disruptions, or venue equipment failures. In such cases, refunds for products, transportation expenses, travel expenses, or any other related costs will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
・The contents of the Special Anniversary Event may be changed without prior notice. Even in such cases, cancellations and refunds for purchased products will not be accepted.
・Due to venue time restrictions or delays in event operations, the Special Anniversary Event may end early. In such cases, even if you hold a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and returns or refunds for purchased products will not be accepted.
・Photography and video recording may take place on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
・Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables while attending the Special Anniversary Event. The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue.
・We assume no responsibility for any problems or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by participants.
・To ensure safety and prevent accidents or confusion, various restrictions, including traffic flow control, may be implemented as necessary on the day of the event.
・We will not be involved in any disputes between participants regarding participation rights or prizes.
[Governing Law and Jurisdiction]
The operation of the Special Anniversary Event, as well as the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any litigation arising in connection with the Special Anniversary Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
[Handling of Personal Information]
In accordance with the Group Personal Information Protection Policy, Avex Inc. will jointly use participants' personal information only to the extent necessary for participation, winner notifications, and the operation of the Special Anniversary Event.

Send-Off Event With All Members
* This event is intended primarily as an opportunity for XG to interact with ALPHAZ. Therefore, there will be no live performance.
[Special Lottery] Invitation to the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members
* ALPHAZ ANNUAL/PREMIUM members who are also Gold Members (ALPHAZ membership duration of 3 years or more) both at the time of purchase and at the time of the Special Anniversary Event will be entered into a lottery. Selected members will be invited to the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members instead of the Send-Off Event With All Members.
* Eligible members will automatically be entered into the lottery upon purchasing the ALPHAZ 4th Anniversary Merch SET.
■ [Important] Participation Limit
To allow as many ALPHAZ as possible to participate, participation in the Special Anniversary Event is limited to [3 times per session per person].
(For example, you may participate up to 3 times in Tokyo Session 1, 3 times in Tokyo Session 2, 3 times in Kyoto Session 1, and so on.)
Please note that even if you successfully purchase four or more eligible products, participation in any single session will still be limited to 3 times.
This limit of [3 times per session per person] also applies to members who hold multiple membership numbers.

Approximately one week before the Special Anniversary Event, we will email you either the "Special Anniversary Event Details" or, the "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members Winner Notification (Selected Participants Only).”

If you fail to bring any one of the following three required items, you will not be permitted to participate, regardless of the reason.
(1) Email titled "Special Anniversary Event Details" or "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members Winner Notification (Selected Participants Only)"
(2) ALPHAZ Digital Membership Card (must be the same membership number used when purchasing the product)
(3) A valid photo ID belonging to the participant (Limited to one of the following)

* Student IDs, even those with a photo, are not accepted as valid identification.
* If you present an ID without a photo and your identity cannot be verified, you may be denied participation.

・If the name and membership number entered at the time of application do not match the membership information registered with “ALPHAZ,” your application will be disqualified.
You can check and edit your information in the ALPHAZ app under Menu > SETTINGS > Member Information. Please make sure that all information matches within the application period.
・The purchaser and the participant must be the same person. Please be sure to purchase and apply using your own name and personal information.
・Products purchased through the first-come, first-served pre-order cannot be changed or canceled.

[Notes Regarding Purchases and Applications]
・Products and event benefits are available in limited quantities. Sales will end once the limit has been reached, even during the sales period.
・Members residing outside Japan are also welcome to participate. However, purchases made by anyone other than the member themselves, including through proxy purchasing services, will not be eligible to participate.
・Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. Any reservation or purchase made by a minor will be deemed to have been made with such consent of the parent or legal guardian. Requests from parents or legal guardians for refunds or cancellations after a purchase has been completed cannot be accepted.
・We will not respond to inquiries regarding difficulty accessing the website or such issues after the applicable pre-order period has ended.
・To ensure you receive the email titled "Special Anniversary Event Details" or "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members Winner Notification (Selected Participants Only),” please configure your email settings in advance to receive emails from the "shop.xgalx.com" domain. We cannot resend emails or be responsible for emails not received due to customer-side settings.
・The announcement schedule for the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members winners is tentative and may change depending on circumstances. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding lottery results. The number of winners is not scheduled to be announced.
・If the participation quota for the Trading Card Signing Event With All Members is not filled by ALPHAZ ANNUAL/PREMIUM Gold Members (ALPHAZ membership duration: 3 years or more), ALPHAZ ANNUAL/STANDARD members or Silver Members (ALPHAZ membership duration: 1 year or more) may also be selected.
・Please note that order cancellations, refunds, and transfers of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances, including in the event that you become unable to participate in the Special Anniversary Event.
・Further details for the day of the event will be provided separately only to eligible members.
[Notes Regarding Participation in the Special Anniversary Event and Identity Verification]
・Only the eligible members may participate in the Special Anniversary Event. Participation by anyone other than the eligible member is strictly prohibited.
・Identity verification will be conducted on the day of the event using a valid photo ID. Please refer to 【Required Items to Bring on the Day of the Event】 for details. Members who fail to present the specified forms of identification will not be permitted to participate.
・Preschool children may not participate, and bringing them into the Special Anniversary Event area is not permitted. Children of elementary school age or older may participate. Guardians may accompany their children to the reception area and waiting line only. The participating child must enter the event area alone. Please apply only if the child is able to participate on their own.
・If only the guardian is participating, they may not bring their children who have not purchased the Merch Set into the Special Anniversary Event area. For safety reasons, preschool children may not be left unattended outside the event area. Guardians may participate only if their children of elementary school age or older are able to wait on their own in the reception or waiting area. However, as an exception for the Special Lottery "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members" only, winning guardians may enter the event area accompanied by their preschool children.
・Participants requiring assistance, such as wheelchair users, are kindly asked to inform a staff member upon arrival. Please note that staff members are unable to provide personal assistance, so please attend with your own companion.
・Participants who arrive after the designated meeting time will not be permitted to participate in the Special Anniversary Event for any reason, including natural disasters or transportation disruptions. (Transfers to another session, date or venue will not be available.)
・Participants who are feeling unwell on the day of the Special Anniversary Event will not be admitted. (e.g., Participants with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms such as coughing.)
・The venue is not equipped with specialized medical equipment. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or those requiring medical devices participate at their own responsibility.
[Rules and Details for the Special Anniversary Event Venue]
・For the safety of both participants and the artists, security screenings using metal detectors, bag inspections, or temporary holding of personal belongings by staff may be conducted.
・Staff may guide participants by touching their shoulders, arms, or other parts of the body. Please participate only if you agree to these conditions.
・Large luggage such as suitcases and strollers may interfere with the smooth operation of the Special Anniversary Event. Please store them in nearby coin lockers or other storage facilities before arriving. Participants bringing suitcases will not be permitted to enter the event venue. We also kindly ask that you keep hand luggage to a minimum to ensure all participants have an equal amount of time during the event.
・A collection box will be placed at the fan club booth inside the venue. The box is for heartfelt fan letters from ALPHAZ only. Cash, gift certificates, photographs, gifts, or any items other than letters will not be accepted. Please note that items other than fan letters cannot be returned and will be disposed of.
・Please follow all instructions given by staff regarding entry to the venue and the Special Anniversary Event. Participants who fail to comply will be asked to leave.
・Other events may also be taking place at each venue. Please refrain from any behavior that may interfere with those events. If your behavior disrupts another event, you may be asked not to participate in the Special Anniversary Event, or the event itself may be canceled.
・The venue is an event hall that will also be used by guests who are not participating in the Special Anniversary Event. Please be considerate and avoid causing inconvenience to others.
・Please manage your own health, such as by staying hydrated and taking appropriate precautions, whether indoors or outdoors, during the Special Anniversary Event.
・Please take all trash with you when leaving the venue.
・Security staff will be stationed throughout the venue to ensure safe operations. If you notice any suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest security staff immediately.
[Prohibited Activities]
* The following prohibited activities will result in a strict warning upon discovery. In serious cases, strict measures such as confiscation of participation ticket(s), denial of future participation in the Special Anniversary Event, and ID verification will be enforced. Participants who violate these rules may also be prohibited from applying for or participating in future events. These rules and precautions are in place with the safety of both participants and the XG members as our highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, or forging participation tickets, or obtaining them through fraudulent means
* Participation exceeding the set limit will not be permitted. Even in such cases, purchased merchandise cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued. Receiving a participation ticket from another person, including friends or family members, will be considered "transfer."
* Forging participation tickets is a criminal offense. Appropriate legal action will be taken if such activity is discovered. The emails titled "Special Anniversary Event Details" or "Trading Card Signing Event With All Members Winner Notification (Selected Participants Only)" must not be copied, forged, sold for profit, or listed on auction sites or similar services under any circumstances. Any such emails obtained through resale or other unauthorized means will be deemed invalid. If fraudulent activity is discovered, the participant's eligibility will be revoked.
・Actions that delay the progress of the Special Anniversary Event
* During the Send-Off Event With All Members, participants must continue walking through the designated route at all times. Please continue moving without stopping. Stopping to talk to the members or making requests such as asking them to call your name or strike a pose is strictly prohibited. Stopping to flip through a sketchbook or drawing paper, to write messages, or to engage in similar actions will also be considered delaying the event.
* Intentionally refusing to line up despite holding a participation ticket will also be considered delaying the event. Once the reception closing announcement has been made, no requests will be accommodated for any reason.
・Audio recording, video recording, photography, transmission of such data, or bringing equipment intended for these purposes into the venue
* Audio recording, video recording, and photography using any device, such as cameras and smartphones, are strictly prohibited.
* In addition, if any violation is discovered, we will collect your personal information for the purpose of investigating and preventing misconduct. Please participate only if you consent to this procedure. We will verify your identity, require the deletion of all prohibited recordings or images, confiscate all participation tickets, and prohibit you from participating in any similar future events. The same measures will apply if any previously recorded unauthorized audio, video, or photographic data are discovered.
* All electronic devices capable of audio recording, video recording, or photography must be powered off and stored inside your bag before entering the event area. Please be sure to bring a bag with you to store your electronic devices during the event.
・Cutting in line
* Both the person cutting in line and the person allowing someone to cut in will be removed from the line. In addition, if you leave the line, you may not return to your original position and must rejoin at the end of the line. The only exception is for restroom use. In such cases, you must first confirm with the participants in front of and behind you in line, then inform a nearby staff member. Only under these circumstances will you be permitted to return to your original position. If you fail to notify staff, no requests will be accommodated regardless of the reason. To prevent disputes such as line-cutting, queueing on behalf of another person is also strictly prohibited.
・Slandering, insulting, threatening, or swearing at the artists or staff, or raising your voice excessively during the Special Anniversary Event
* If any participant directs abusive language, insults, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable requests toward the artists, they will be asked to leave immediately and may be prohibited from participating in future similar events.
・Waiting for artists to arrive or depart inside or outside the venue, engaging in similar behavior, or causing inconvenience to tenants (including waiting inside tenant facilities)
・Overnight stays, sitting for extended periods, or gathering around the venue, or causing inconvenience to stores inside the venue
・Waiting for artists to arrive or depart, following them, or engaging in similar behavior in public facilities, within the venue, or at other tenant facilities
・Reserving spaces by leaving personal belongings in any area
* Reserving spaces with sheets or other items is prohibited regardless of whether or not the person reserving the space is present.
* Items left unattended for an extended period will be removed by staff. The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for any removed or unattended belongings.
・Viewing the event while using ladders, step stools, or similar platforms inside the venue
・Bringing pets or animals into the venue
* As some participants may have allergies, pets and animals are prohibited for safety reasons.
・Consuming alcohol, or entering the venue or participating in the Special Anniversary Event while under the influence of alcohol
[Other]
・Images are for illustrative purposes only. As the merchandise is still under final review, the actual merchandise may differ slightly from the images shown.
・Please refrain from contacting the event venue regarding the Special Anniversary Event.
・All transportation, accommodation, and other expenses associated with attending the Special Anniversary Event are the responsibility of the participant. We will not compensate for transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses if the event ends later than scheduled.
・The Special Anniversary Event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, changes to participating members due to illness or accidents, transportation disruptions, or venue equipment failures. In such cases, refunds for products, transportation expenses, travel expenses, or any other related costs will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
・The contents of the Special Anniversary Event may be changed without prior notice. Even in such cases, cancellations and refunds for purchased products will not be accepted.
・Due to venue time restrictions or delays in event operations, the Special Anniversary Event may end early. In such cases, even if you hold a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and returns or refunds for purchased products will not be accepted.
・Photography and video recording may take place on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
・Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables while attending the Special Anniversary Event. The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue.
・We assume no responsibility for any problems or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by participants.
・To ensure safety and prevent accidents or confusion, various restrictions, including traffic flow control, may be implemented as necessary on the day of the event.
・We will not be involved in any disputes between participants regarding participation rights or prizes.
[Governing Law and Jurisdiction]
The operation of the Special Anniversary Event, as well as the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any litigation arising in connection with the Special Anniversary Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
[Handling of Personal Information]
In accordance with the Group Personal Information Protection Policy, Avex Inc. will jointly use participants' personal information only to the extent necessary for participation, winner notifications, and the operation of the Special Anniversary Event.
