* The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

All applicants and their guests attending must be paid members of "ALPHAZ" both at the time of application and on the day of the show.

■ Lottery Application and Procedures
① Apply for the Lottery
After receiving your lottery application, an "application completion email" will be sent to your registered email address from the "@his-world.com" domain. Subsequent correspondence will be sent by email from the "@his-world.com" domain.
 
② Confirmation of Lottery Result
You will receive an email with the results of the lottery to your registered email.
 
③ Payment of the Tour Fee within the Payment Period
Please make full payment for the tour within the payment period in accordance with the information in the lottery result email you received.
Only credit cards can be used for payment of the tour fee.
Please understand in advance that even if you are selected, your selection will be canceled if payment is not made within the payment period, without exception. After confirming your selection, please make full payment for the tour within the payment period. No payments will be accepted after the deadline.
 
④ Application Completion
Your application is complete when we receive your full payment for the tour.
After payment is made, an application completion email will be sent out the day after the payment deadline. If you do not receive the completion email by the day after the payment deadline, please contact us using the inquiry form below.
 
⑤Final Information Email
We will send you the "Final Information" about this tour at least one week before the day of the show.
 
<Important Notes>
* Whether ALPHAZ GLOBAL STAY & EASE will be held for shows outside Japan, and if so, in which areas, will be announced once details have been determined.
* Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be selected through a fair lottery from among all applicants who apply during the application period.
* Applicants may be disqualified if the information entered at the time of application, including their name and membership number, does not match the membership information registered with “ALPHAZ.”
Please check and edit your information through Menu > SETTINGS > Membership Information in the ALPHAZ app, and make sure to update it so that all information matches within the application period.

* Those with multiple membership numbers may submit multiple applications. However, even if multiple applications are submitted, only one application will be entered into the lottery.
* Please refrain from submitting multiple applications by switching roles between representative and accompanying guest.
* Participants cannot be changed after selection. Please be aware of this in advance.
* Applications for 2 guests per room must be submitted as a group. Applications from one person requesting room sharing will not be accepted.
* To change the number of participants in an application, please cancel the application and submit a new application within the application period. Those wishing to cancel should contact us through the inquiry form.
* The drink ticket may be used once, during restaurant business hours, at any point between check-in and check-out. If the amount of your order exceeds the value of the ticket, please pay the difference at the hotel. Refunds will not be provided for unused tickets. Please keep this in mind.
* The ALPHAZ GLOBAL STAY & EASE exclusive desk will only be available on the day of the show. Assistance will be available in multiple languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean). Please note that staff for each language will not be stationed at the desk at all times.
* Please note that support at the [XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE] FINAL Shows Tour Desk (H.I.S.) is available in Japanese and English only.
* Requests for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accepted for the hotels scheduled to be used for this tour.
* Lottery results will be sent to your registered email address.
* Transferring, including reselling, any benefits or packages received through ALPHAZ GLOBAL STAY & EASE to a third party is prohibited. Please be aware of this in advance.
* No full or partial refund will be provided if a participant is unable to take part in or is late for any part of the schedule due to personal circumstances. Please be aware of this in advance.
* Purchaser benefits will only be distributed at the venue on the day of the show. Benefits cannot be distributed at a later date or shipped individually to those who are unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding.
* Refunds of the tour price will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy established by HIS.
* Details regarding ALPHAZ GLOBAL STAY & EASE, reception times, and other information will be included in the “Final Information” sent to successful applicants approximately one week before the day of the show.
* Details regarding the Osaka shuttle service will be provided in the lottery result email. Please note that no such shuttle service is offered in Tokyo.
* The fan club-exclusive event benefit is scheduled to be distributed at the venue on the day of the show. No items will be mailed in advance.
* Membership verification will be conducted using the digital membership card on the day of the show. Please note that neither the representative applicant nor the accompanying guest will be permitted to participate if their membership has expired by the day of the show.
* Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional purposes on the fan club website, social media, and other platforms. Your understanding is appreciated in advance.
* If spaces become available due to payment processing errors, cancellations, or other circumstances, applicants for this tour may be contacted regarding additional selection.
Successful applicants will be contacted sequentially at the email address registered at the time of application.
Those contacted regarding additional selection must pay the tour price by the specified deadline.
If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, the selection will become invalid and the right to participate will be forfeited. Please be aware of this in advance.
* Gifts, congratulatory flowers, standing flower arrangements, and similar items for the performers will not be accepted. Items delivered to the venue or handed directly to XG members or staff will also be refused. Please keep this in mind.
* Please place fan letters in the designated fan letter box located inside the venue.
* Please carefully read all Important Notes and other details provided on the application website before completing the application process.
