Up to three consecutive draws per person in the LUCKY DRAW. If you participate four or more times, please rejoin the queue after your third draw.
<MONTHLY Member>
Trading card gifts are limited to a total of two per person per day. Please note that after receiving two trading cards, you will not be able to rejoin the queue.
■ Eligibility (※ Participants must meet all of the following requirements.)
・You must participate in the point exchange event on the same day you are attending the "ALPHAZ 4th Anniversary Special Event."
(※Those who are not attending the special event on that day, as well as those who are not invited to the special event, will not be permitted to enter the venue.)
・You must be an ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD or MONTHLY member with at least 200 points on the day of the event.
(※Only members with a valid membership on the event date are eligible to participate.)

■ How to Check Your Point Balance
Log in to the ALPHAZ app. From the upper right menu, select “MEMBER ID,” then tap “ALPHAZ POINT” to check your “Available points.”
※To learn how to earn points, go to “MEMBER ID,” tap “ALPHAZ POINT,” and check “ALPHAZ APP” under “Earn points.”
■ How to Participate
① Log in to the ALPHAZ app, open the upper right menu, select “MEMBER ID” to display the QR code, and present it to the staff at the fan club booth.
② Tell the fan club booth staff how many times you would like to participate.
■ Important Notes
[About Gifts]
・There is a limited number of gifts available.
・Winners of the XG Prize will not receive the Participation Prize.
・Trading card designs for the XG Prize and Participation Prize cannot be selected.
・XG Prize: One complete set will be given at random from the 3 available sets.
・Participation Prize: One trading card will be distributed at random from 21 available designs.
・The XG Prize and ALPHAZ Prize are valid only on the day of the draw. Please claim your prizes directly from the fan club booth staff on that day. Prizes cannot be redeemed at a later date.
・No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided at a later date. Please note that we do not offer shipping for gifts.
・Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set on the number of gifts each member can receive.
[About Participation & Membership]
・Log in to the ALPHAZ app on the day of the event and present your digital membership card and point balance displayed on the “MEMBER ID” screen. Screenshots cannot be used.
・Please note that if your membership has expired on the day of the event, you will not be eligible to participate.
・Only the account holder may participate in the LUCKY DRAW or receive the trading card gift. Participation using accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted.
・For MONTHLY members who have upgraded via Google In-App Billing, please note that ANNUAL PREMIUM or ANNUAL STANDARD membership services will not be available until your current MONTHLY membership expires.
・If gift reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), gifts will be withheld at the discretion of the ALPHAZ Office. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who have previously been denied gifts at other venues will also be ineligible to receive gifts for this event.

・Venue details are provided only to those participating in the ALPHAZ 4th Anniversary Special Events.
・Crowding is expected before the special event starts. Please arrive with sufficient time and help reduce crowding. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the special event, the waiting line may be terminated.
・Please note that we accept no responsibility for any inconveniences, including missing the special event start time, due to congestion.
・The fan club booth may be temporarily suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding.
・Please note that the event may be canceled if the management determines the event cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
