<VIP SEAT Notes>

- Customers who purchase VIP Seating (including accompanying persons) are requested not to resign from the fan club until the day of the performance.

- Only ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY members can distribute tickets, enter the venue on the day of the performance, etc.

- Logging into "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY" is required at the time of ticket issuance for VIP Seating.

- No cancellations, changes, or refunds are possible for inability to issue, distribute, or enter on the day of the performance due to VIP Seating regulations. Please be aware of this in advance.

- If your membership expires before the day of the performance, please ensure to renew it.

- If you purchase a ticket for an accompanying person as VIP Seating, ensure that the accompanying person also joins as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY before the day of the performance. VIP Seating cannot be distributed to non-members.

- If you resign your membership, you must rejoin to receive tickets, or enter on the day of the performance with VIP Seating, so please be aware.

- Membership registration is possible on the day of the performance, but as the process can take time, leading to delays in entry, it is recommended to complete membership beforehand.

ALPHAZ 앱 및 TICKET 기능 이용을 위해서는 ＋ID가 필요합니다.

＋ID가 없으신 분은 ALPHAZ 앱 로그인 화면에서 “＋ID 신규 등록” 또는 ALPHAZ Web 사이트 우측 상단 메뉴에서 “＋ID 신규 등록”으로 등록하실 수 있습니다.

그 후 등록된 ＋ID로 ALPHAZ 앱 “＋ID로 로그인”에서 로그인해 주시기 바랍니다. 

 

＋ID를 이미 가지고 계신 분은 이용 중인 ＋ID로 ALPHAZ 앱 “＋ID로 로그인”에서 로그인하시면 됩니다.

 

3.TICKET 기능 이용 등록

ALPHAZ 앱에 로그인한 뒤, 사전에 TICKET 기능 이용 등록을 해야 합니다. 아래 순서에 따라 이용 등록을 진행해 주시길 바랍니다.  

　

【이용 등록 방법】

①메뉴에서 “TICKET”을 눌러주세요.

②TICKET용 기본 정보 입력 화면에서 정보를 입력하여 확인 버튼을 눌러 주세요.

③화면 안내에 따라 전화번호를 인증해 주세요.

④이용 등록 완료 화면이 뜨면 “돌아가기” 버튼을 눌러주세요.

⑤MY EVENT 화면이 뜨면 이용 등록이 완료됩니다.

 

※ 티켓 구입 시에는 반드시 수령용 전화번호로 등록한 전화번호 기기에서 이용 등록을 진행해 주세요.

※ 티켓 발권 시작일(표시 시작일) 전일 경우, 티켓은 표시되지 않습니다.

 

아래 4～6번 절차는 이벤트 표시 시작일 (발권 시작일) 이후에 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

4.티켓 수령

티켓 발권 시작일(표시 시작일) 이후, 아래의 순서에 따라 티켓 수령을 진행해 주세요.

 

[티켓 수령 순서]

①메뉴에서 “TICKET”을 눌러주세요.

②티켓 구매 시에 수취용 전화번호로 등록한 전화번호로 이용 등록이 되어 있는 경우 RECEIVE (티켓 수령) 화면이 뜹니다.

③RECEIVE (티켓 수령) 화면에서 “확인”을 눌러주세요.

④티켓 내용을 확인하여 “티켓 수령”을 눌러주세요.

⑤”티켓을 수령했습니다”가 뜨면 수령 완료입니다.

 

※ 이용 등록을 하지 않은 경우, 화면 안내에 따라 이용 등록(TICKET용 기본 정보 입력, 전화번호 인증)을 진행해 주세요.

※  등록한 전화번호에 수령 가능한 티켓이 있는 경우에만 표시됩니다.

※ "티켓 구입 시 등록한 전화번호"와 "ALPHAZ 앱에서 인증한 전화번호"가 다를 경우, 티켓 발권이 불가능하므로 주의하시길 바랍니다.

※ 티켓 발권 시작일(표시 시작일)전에는 티켓을 확인하실 수 없습니다.

 

5.티켓 분배

본 공연은 1인 1매의 티켓을 가지고 입장하셔야 합니다. 2매 이상 구입하신 분은 아래의 순서에 따라 동행자분께 티켓을 배부해주시길 바랍니다.

①메뉴에서 “TICKET”을 눌러주세요.

②MY EVENT에서 티켓을 분배하고 싶은 공연을 선택해 주세요.

③분배하고 싶은 티켓의 “티켓 상세”를 눌러주세요.

④”티켓 분배하기”를 눌러주세요.

⑤”이메일” “SMS” “URL 복사” 중 하나를 눌러주세요. 각각 버튼을 누르면 분배용 URL이 기재된 앱이 작동하거나 URL이 복사됩니다.

⑥URL을 삭제하지 마시고 전송해 주세요. URL 복사인 경우에는 임의의 메시지 앱에 붙여 동반자에게 전달해 주세요.

⑦티켓 표시가 “수령 의뢰 중”으로 바뀝니다.

⑧동반자가 수령하면 티켓에 수령자 성명이 표시됩니다.

 

※ 구입하신 분의 티켓은 배부 및 양도가 불가능하므로 주의하시길 바랍니다.

※ 동행자분도 ALPHAZ 앱 다운로드 및 이용등록을 해주시길 바랍니다.

6.공연 당일의 입장 방법

회장 입구에서 QR코드 인증을 진행합니다. ALPHAZ 어플 메뉴에서 "TICKET"을 누른 뒤, QR탭 혹은 티켓 화면의 "티켓 입장용 QR코드 표시"에서 QR코드를 표시한 뒤 입장해 주세요.

 

※ QR코드 스크린샷이나 화면 캡처로는 이벤트에 참가하실 수 없습니다.

※ 본 공연은 한 명씩 QR코드를 표시하여 입장하셔야 합니다.

※ 신청자 및 동반자 모두 1~4번을 완료하지 않은 경우, 입장하기까지 시간이 소요될 가능성이 있습니다. 반드시 티켓 수령 및 배부를 마친 뒤 입장해 주시길 바랍니다.

※ 공연 시작 직전에는 입구가 매우 혼잡합니다. 공연 시작 시간까지 입장하지 못하는 경우도 있으므로, 시간 여유를 가지고 일찍 도착하실 수 있도록 해주시길 바랍니다.
