※ For customers who purchase tickets at the member rate (including companions), we kindly request that you do not cancel your fan club membership before the date of the performance.
※ Member-rate tickets require ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD/MONTHLY Fan Club certification for ticket issuance.
※ Only ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD/MONTHLY members are eligible for ticket issuance, distribution, and entry on the day of the event.
※ ALPHAZ MONTHLY should ensure that their membership does not expire before the event date.
※ Individuals who have canceled their membership will need to rejoin and obtain a new membership number to access member-rate ticket issuance, distribution, and event entry.
