This applies to those who have successfully won and paid for tickets with assigned seats during the pre-sale lottery for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members or during the pre-sale lottery for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY paid members, including their companions.
※Tickets are not issued on a first-come, first-served basis. High traffic and congestion are expected immediately after the start and just before the end of the registration period, so please apply at your convenience during the designated time.
※Please carefully read the notices and details provided on the application site before proceeding with your application.
〈VIP SEAT Guidelines〉
※Customers who purchase VIP SEATS (including companions) are kindly requested not to resign from the fan club until the day of the performance.
※Only ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY members can issue, distribute tickets, and enter on the day of the performance.
※VIP SEAT tickets require an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY login at the time of issuance.
※No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed due to inability to issue, distribute, or gain entry on the day of the performance with VIP SEATS.
※Members whose ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY membership expires before the performance date must ensure to renew their membership.
※Those who have purchased VIP SEAT tickets for their companions must ensure that their companions also join as ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD and MONTHLY members and distribute the tickets before the day of the performance. VIP SEATS cannot be distributed to non-members.
※If you resign, you will not be able to issue, distribute, or enter on the day of the performance with VIP SEATS unless you rejoin.
※Joining on the day of the performance is possible, but the process may take time and delay entry, so please make sure to join before the day of the performance.
