■ Ticket Issuance and Entry Information
To receive your ticket and gain entry, you will need a smartphone compatible with the "ALPHAZ" dedicated app.
※ Please ensure that both you and your accompanying party download the ALPHAZ app.
※ While it functions as a fan club app, downloading, registering, and using purchased tickets are all free.
After purchasing your ticket, please complete the following steps 1-6 in advance and arrive on the day of the event.
If you have not completed these steps, entry may take longer.
Please be sure to confirm and complete the following steps before your arrival.
1.Download the "ALPHAZ" App
To receive your digital ticket, you need to download the "ALPHAZ" app, available only for smartphones. Please download the app from the following links:

2. Login to the "ALPHAZ" App
To use the ALPHAZ app and its TICKET function, you need a ＋ID.
If you do not have a ＋ID, please create one by selecting "＋ID New Registration" on the ALPHAZ app login screen or by selecting "＋ID New Registration" from the menu at the top right of the ALPHAZ website.
Afterward, log in to the ALPHAZ app using your newly created ＋ID by selecting "Login with ＋ID" in the ALPHAZ app.
If you already have a ＋ID, please log in to the ALPHAZ app using your existing ＋ID by selecting "Login with ＋ID."
3. Registration for TICKET Function Usage
After logging in to the ALPHAZ app, you need to register for the use of the TICKET function in advance. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration.
【Registration Procedure】
① From the menu, press "TICKET".
② Enter the required information on the TICKET basic information input screen and press the confirmation button.
③Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the phone number authentication.
④ Once the registration is complete, press the "Back" button.
⑤ When the MY EVENT screen is displayed, the registration is complete.
※ Be sure to complete the registration on the device with the phone number registered as the receiving phone number at the time of ticket purchase.
※ If it is before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date), tickets will not be displayed.
Please complete steps 4-6 below after the event display start date (ticket issuance start date).
Once ticket issuance begins, a notification email about the start of ticket issuance will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application.
4. Receiving Tickets
Follow these steps to receive your tickets after the event display start date and time (ticket issuance start date).
【Ticket Receipt Procedure】
①From the menu, press "TICKET".
②If the phone number used for registration matches the phone number registered for ticket pick-up, the RECEIVE (Ticket Receipt) screen will be displayed.
③On the RECEIVE (Ticket Receipt) screen, press "Confirm".
④Confirm the ticket details and press "Receive Ticket".
⑤"Ticket Received" will be displayed, indicating receipt completion.
※If you haven't registered, follow the on-screen instructions for registration (TICKET basic information input and phone number verification).
※Only tickets receivable with your registered phone number will be displayed.
※Please note that tickets cannot be issued if the "phone number registered at the time of ticket purchase" and the "phone number authenticated with the ALPHAZ app" are different.
※Tickets before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date) cannot be checked on the app.
5. Ticket Distribution
For this performance, each person must have one ticket to enter. If you have purchased two or more tickets, please follow these steps to distribute tickets to your companions.
【Ticket Distribution Procedure】
① From the menu, press "TICKET".
② From MY EVENT, select the event for which you want to distribute tickets.
③ Press "Ticket Details" for the ticket you want to distribute.
④ Press "Distribute Ticket".
⑤ Press either "Email", "SMS", or "Copy URL". Pressing each button will launch an application with the transfer URL or copy the URL.
⑥ Send the URL without deleting it. If copying the URL, paste it into a messaging app of your choice and send it to your companion.
⑦ The ticket will display "Waiting for acceptance".
⑧ Once your companion has accepted, the name of the person who received the ticket will be displayed on the ticket.
※ The purchaser's ticket cannot be distributed or transferred.
※ Companions also need to download and register for ALPHAZ.
※ If you arrive without distributing the tickets, it may take some time to enter.
※ Please be sure to distribute the tickets and have your companions download the ALPHAZ app and receive the tickets before you arrive.
6. Entering the Event on the Day
QR code authentication will be performed at the entrance to the venue. Please display the QR code by pressing "TICKET" from the menu of the ALPHAZ app, selecting the QR tab, or selecting "Display QR code for entry" from the ticket screen.
※You cannot participate in the event by using a screenshot of the QR code or by capturing the screen.
※For this performance, each person must display their own QR code to enter.
※If you or your companions have not completed steps 1-4, it may take some time to enter.Please be sure to receive and distribute tickets before you arrive.
※The entrance area gets very crowded just before the show starts. There is a chance that you may not be able to enter in time for the show if you arrive close to the start time. Please arrive early with plenty of time to spare.
※If your smartphone is offline or not displaying the latest QR code, you may not be able to be authenticated. In that case, please tap the update button in an online environment to display the latest QR code.

●Smoking areas within the venue will be closed after the event.
●Bringing alcohol or entering the venue under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
●For the safety of yourself, those who are pregnant, those who may be pregnant, those with medical conditions or underlying illnesses, and those who may have difficulty moving around alone, please consider attending the event based on your own judgment and prioritizing your own health and the safety of those around you.
●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, or stand flowers for performers. Please understand in advance that we will not accept them if they arrive at the venue or if you attempt to directly give them to members or staff.
●Please deposit fan letters into the designated fan letter box located within the venue.
