Log in to the ALPHAZ App, go to "MEMBER ID" in the upper right menu, and tap "ALPHAZ POINT" to view your "Available Points".

* To learn how to earn points, tap "ALPHAZ POINT" on the "MEMBER ID" page, and then tap "ALPHAZ App" under "Earn points".

② Select "ALPHAZ POINT".
③ Select 'XG 1st WORLD TOUR "The first HOWL"' shown at the very bottom of the page under "Use points".
④ In front of the Fan Club Booth staff, please press "Use points".
* On the day of the performance, the 'XG 1st WORLD TOUR "The first HOWL"' "Use points" buttons will be displayed.
* Please note that if you press the buttons in advance, it will be invalidated and the points used will not be refunded.

* Please note that if you cannot attend theSEND-OFF EVENT, we cannot refund points used for this purpose or transfer your right to attend the event to another date or venue.
* Voice recording, video recording, photography, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during theSEND-OFF EVENT. Anyone found engaging in these activities will have their data deleted and be asked to leave the venue immediately.
* Crowding is expected in the time leading up to the opening of the venue. Please help reduce crowding by arriving early.
* If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish before the start of the performance, the waiting line for the point event may be terminated. We appreciate your understanding.
* Log in to the ALPHAZ app and present your digital membership card and point balance, displayed on the "MEMBER ID" screen.
Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will not be eligible.
* Prizes are limited. The LUCKY DRAW will close once the maximum number has been reached.
