Examples: Fireworks / Sparklers / Lighters / Alcohol, etc.
〇Items that may interfere with the performance
Examples: Glow sticks / Laser pointers / Balloons / Noise-making devices such as air horns or whistles, etc.
〇Items that may interfere with safe operations
Examples: Fragile glass products / Weapons (such as knives, guns and ammunition, long sticks, bats, etc.) / Syringes / Long umbrellas, etc.
〇Others
- Cameras / Video cameras
- Drones / Selfie sticks / Monopods
- Large suitcases exceeding 50cm x 36cm
- All political, religious, and illegal propaganda materials

There are paid coin lockers inside the venue, so please store prohibited items (except dangerous items) in advance.

Outside the venue: Near the East Gate

Cheering or supporting activities are prohibited both inside and outside the venue. Any form of gathering or cheering is strictly forbidden.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in following these rules to ensure the smooth progression of the event.

Cheering goods featuring the artist’s portrait or logo are allowed. However, they are intended for personal enjoyment only, and any production, sale, or distribution for profit is strictly prohibited. *Regardless of whether they are self-made or purchased, cheering goods with any writing on them are not allowed.
Additionally, fan letters will not be accepted at this performance. We appreciate your understanding.
■Regarding Guest-Initiated Events
Initiatives or fan-activities initiated by guests within the venue or during the performance may potentially disrupt the operation and production of the event.
*Only pre-approved fan-activities are allowed.
<Audio, photography & videography policy>
● You are allowed to take photos and videos during the live performance.
● You may also post them to your social network. However, please observe the following rules:
- Photographic equipment is limited to smartphones only.
- The use of cameras such as SLRs and digital cameras is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using a tripod, smartphone telescope, selfie stick, or other holder to take pictures.
- Streaming and other video distribution is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using communication apps or video calls.
- Please be considerate of the people around you who may be captured in your photography.
- We may take action if we find any malicious photography or posts that may cause inconvenience to surrounding guests.
- Please remain seated in your designated seat during the performance. Leaving your seat or standing up to watch the performance is prohibited.
- If any disruptive behavior is observed during the performance, the violator will be asked to leave. Re-entry and ticket refunds will not be allowed in such cases.
- On the day of the performance, please cooperate by following the instructions of the venue staff.

*VIP bonuses will be distributed at the designated VIP seating.
- Each VIP ticket holder can only collect ONE (1) VIP Laminate & Lanyard, and ONE (1) photocard.
- Latecomers will not be offered benefits, please ensure you make your redemption within the stipulated timings above.
・If you do not attend the VIP soundcheck party, the associated benefits will be considered automatically forfeited.
<Regarding the Soundcheck Party and Send-Off Event>
● When entering, you will need to present both the "Damai App ticket purchase information" and your "ID." Entry will only be allowed if the information on the purchase details matches the information on the ID.
●Latecomers that arrive after 1:50PM will only be allowed to enter the venue after 6:30PM.
● During the soundcheck party and send-off event, taking photos and videos is strictly prohibited. Guests who bring prohibited items (such as cameras) or engage in photography or video recording will be asked to leave.
● Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
● After the soundcheck party, please follow the instructions of the staff to participate in the send-off event.
● Due to venue regulations, you will be required to exit the venue after the soundcheck party and send-off event. We appreciate your cooperation in leaving promptly.
