* Only those who register as ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM / STANDARD members before the end of the reservation period and those who upgrade from MONTHLY plans are eligible. It is recommended that you register as a new member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so make sure to first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.

■ Lottery results announcement and payment terms

*Please understand beforehand that in any cases, even if you are selected, your application will be cancelled if payment is not completed by the end of the payment period.
*It is recommended that you complete the payment sufficiently ahead of time if you are selected as a winner. Any payments after the deadline will not be accepted.

■ Lottery application and procedures
① Apply for the lottery
After receiving your lottery application, an "application completion email" will be sent to your registered email address from an address with the domain "@his-world.com". Subsequent correspondence will be sent by email from the address with the "@his-world.com" domain.

② Confirm the lottery result
You will receive an email with the results of the lottery to your registered email.

③ Pay the tour fee within the deposit period
Please make full payment for the tour within the payment period in accordance with the information in the email containing the lottery results you received.
For the payment of the tour fee, only credit cards are accepted.
Please understand that if payment is not made within the payment period, your right to attend the global package tour will be cancelled under any circumstances, even if you have been selected as a winner. Please make full payment for the tour within the payment period after confirmation of the lottery results. Any payment made after the deadline will not be accepted.

④ Completion of application
Your application is complete once we receive your full payment for the tour.
After payment is made, an application completion email will be sent out the day after the payment deadline. If you do not receive the completion email by the day after the payment deadline, please contact us using the contact form below.

⑤ Final information email
We will send you the "final information" about this tour at least one week before the performance date.

<Important notes>
* Details regarding the ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ held outside of Japan and the available package tours will be announced as soon as they are determined.
* Reservations are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be selected via a fair and impartial lottery conducted among all those who apply during the reservation period.
* Please be sure to select your first and second choices when applying.
* If the information entered on the application, such as name and membership number, does not match the membership information you registered with in the “ALPHAZ” app, you will be disqualified from the lottery.
You can check and edit your membership information from the Hamburger button > SETTINGS > Member Information in the ALPHAZ app. Please make sure to unify your information within the application period.
* You are able to apply for the pre-sale ticket lottery for all paid members of ALPHAZ even if you won in the ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM / STANDARD pre-sale ticket lottery.​ ​
Please note that you may be selected for all the performances for which you have applied (however, in the event of multiple performances held on the same date, only the ticket for one of those performances will be awarded).
* It is possible to apply multiple times if you have multiple member IDs, but you are only eligible for a single winning entry.
* It is possible for both the representative person and the accompanying guest to apply at the same time, but only one application will be accepted in case of selection.
* Please be aware that if you are selected as a winner, you will not be able to make changes to attendees.
* You must apply for a 2-person room as a group. Applications for only 1 person (for shared rooms) are prohibited.
* Please reapply within the period of the pre-sale ticket lottery reservation if you wish to change the number of attendees.
* Specific requests for non-smoking or smoking rooms at the hotels scheduled for this tour will not be accepted.
* It is possible to apply for the fanclub pre-sale ticket lottery at the same time as the global package. However, including applications for accompanying guests, there will be no duplicate selections, and you will only pay for the ticket you have been selected for.
* The lottery results will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application.
* The transfer (including resale) of tickets and packages obtained via the global package to a third party is prohibited.
* Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or delays in attendance due to personal circumstances.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise is planned to be handed out at the venue only on the day of the event. Please note that if you are unable to attend the event, we cannot hand out the merchandise at a later date or ship it individually.
* VVIP SEAT tickets and other expenses, including settlement fees (25,000JPY), included in the global package are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable for any reason whatsoever.
* Cancellation, change, or refund of the tour after winning the global package will be for the amount excluding VVIP SEAT tickets and other expenses, including settlement fees (25,000JPY). Refund of the tour fee will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth by HIS.
When a tour cancellation, change, or refund is approved, the concert tickets will also become invalid. The use of concert tickets only is not possible.
* Please note that we will not be able to provide you any other tour merchandise that come with the global package either.
* Concert tickets included in the global package tour will be available at a separate reception desk or at the concert venue and will not be displayed as a digital ticket on the ALPHAZ app. Please receive your ticket on the day of the event and confirm your seat number and other details.
* Concert tickets will become invalid if the applicant and attendee are confirmed to not be the same person. Please note that in such an event, a refund will not be possible.
Contiguous seating is only available for attendees with a "2 guests / 1 room" plan. Please note that requests for contiguous seating by attendees with a "1 guest / 1 room" plan will not be accepted.
* VVIP SEAT is a seat type exclusive to ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ. VVIP SEAT tickets are not sold separately. Additionally, there is no option to upgrade from designated seating or VIP seats to VVIP SEAT.
* Please note that the purpose of the global package is to secure VVIP SEAT tickets and not to guarantee optimal seating. We will not respond to any inquiries regarding the seating.
* No claims or refunds for VVIP SEATs will be accepted under any circumstances.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. Please note that tickets cannot be reissued.
* Details of the global package tour, the reception desk time, the location, how to receive concert tickets, and other details will be sent by email to the winners approximately one week prior to the date of the performance.
* Reservations will be closed as soon as the hotels are fully booked in order of arriving guests. Please note that there may be circumstances where some hotels are unavailable depending on the timing of the sale.
* Details regarding the one-way shuttle bus service from the venue to the hotel will be provided in the lottery selection email. Please note that there may be no shuttle bus, depending on the plan and hotel you apply for.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise is planned to be handed out at the venue. Please note that there will be no shipping of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise, including concert tickets, ahead of time.
* The merchandise to be given out on this tour may be sold exclusively to ALPHAZ members at a later date.
* There is no luggage-carry service on this tour. Luggage drop-off is NOT available at the check-in desk. It is recommended that guests leave suitcases and other large items of luggage at the front desk of the hotel in advance.
* Member verification will be conducted via Digital member ID on the day of the performance. Please note that the group representative and any accompanying guest(s) will not be able to enter if their membership expires on the day of the event.
* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
* Ticketing procedures and other important notices will be in accordance with the information indicated on the performance schedule and ticket information pages. Please refer to them for further information.
* By attending, you consent to having any photos or videos that may be taken of you used in promotions on the fanclub website, social media, etc.
* In the event of payment processing error or cancellation, additional winners may be selected from those who have applied for this tour. Winning notices will be sent via email after the announcement of the results of the pre-sale ticket lottery reservation for all paid ALPHAZ members.
* Additional winners will be notified via email sent to the address registered at the time of application, starting on Tuesday, October 29.
If you are selected as an additional winner, please complete the payment by the end of the payment period.
Failure to complete payment by the end of the payment period will result in the nullification of your winning rights.
* We do not accept gifts such as congratulatory flowers or flower stands to the performers. Please note that we will also not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or given directly to XG members or staff.
* Please post your fan letters in the dedicated fan letter boxes located at the venue.
* Please proceed with your application only after thoroughly reading the notices and information found on the application website.
