*Tickets are not distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Heavy traffic is expected immediately after the application period begins and just before it ends. Please apply well in advance during the application period.

To log in, you will need the "Application Number," "Date of Birth," and "Phone Number" from when you applied for the "XG 2nd Mini Album Pre-order Ticket Fastest Lottery" or "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Lottery."
Even if you enter the "Application Number" from the upgrade lottery application, the details of your application will not be displayed. Please make sure to enter the information you provided when applying for the original "XG 2nd Mini Album Pre-order Ticket Fastest Lottery" or "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Lottery."
②From the "Apply for Upgrade" button displayed in the purchase history, proceed with the application according to the screen.
※ Please note that the application button will not be displayed until 15:00 on November 9th, 2024 (Saturday).
※ If there are no performances eligible for upgrades, the "Apply for Upgrade" button will not be displayed. Please be aware of this in advance.
【VIP SEAT Upgrade Lottery Reservation Notes】
※ VIP SEAT upgrades are only available to ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD・MONTHLY members (including accompanying individuals).
For the upgrade lottery registration, you can only apply for the number of tickets you purchased through the "XG 2nd Mini Album Pre-order Ticket Fastest Lottery" or "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Lottery." It is not possible to upgrade only a portion of the tickets.
If you have been selected for the "XG 2nd Mini Album Pre-order Ticket Fastest Lottery" or "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Lottery," you can apply for the upgrade lottery registration separately for each of the lotteries you won.
※ VIP SEAT upgrades are from all assigned seats, and if you apply/win in the upgrade lottery reservation, an additional fee of ¥7,000 (tax included) will be charged per ticket.
※ If you wish to change your application details, please cancel your application and reapply.

※If you have not completed the payment within the designated period after winning the "XG 2nd Mini Album Pre-order Ticket Fastest Lottery" or "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD Member Ticket Lottery," or if you purchased your ticket through another pre-sale, the application button will not be displayed on your application status page. Please make sure to check your own application and lottery status before proceeding.
※ Although you will apply separately for both all assigned seats and VIP SEAT, if you win the upgrade and make the payment, it will be displayed as one ticket "All Assigned Seats (VIP SEAT)" at the time of issuance.
※ Even if your accompanying individuals are non-members at the time of application, you can still upgrade their tickets from all assigned seats to VIP SEAT. However, accompanying individuals must become ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD・MONTHLY members before the day of the performance.
※ If you are unsuccessful in the upgrade lottery reservation, you will watch the show from the originally assigned seats.

<VIP SEAT Notes>
- Customers who purchase VIP Seating (including accompanying persons) are requested not to resign from the fan club until the day of the performance.
- Only ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY members can distribute tickets, enter the venue on the day of the performance, etc.
- Logging into "ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY" is required at the time of ticket issuance for VIP Seating.
- No cancellations, changes, or refunds are possible for inability to issue, distribute, or enter on the day of the performance due to VIP Seating regulations. Please be aware of this in advance.
- If your membership expires before the day of the performance, please ensure to renew it.
- If you purchase a ticket for an accompanying person as VIP Seating, ensure that the accompanying person also joins as an ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD & MONTHLY before the day of the performance. VIP Seating cannot be distributed to non-members.
- If you resign your membership, you must rejoin to receive tickets, or enter on the day of the performance with VIP Seating, so please be aware.
- Membership registration is possible on the day of the performance, but as the process can take time, leading to delays in entry, it is recommended to complete membership beforehand.

■About Ticket Issuance and Entry
- A smartphone compatible with the exclusive app "ALPHAZ" is required to receive your ticket and enter the venue.
- Please ensure that you and your companions download the ALPHAZ app.
- Downloading, registering and using purchased tickets through the app is free of charge.
After purchasing your ticket, please complete steps 1-6 in advance of the event.
Failure to complete these steps may result in delayed entry.
Ensure you check and complete the following before attending:
1. **Download the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To receive your digital ticket, you will need to download the smartphone-exclusive app "ALPHAZ." Please download the app from the following locations:
- **For iPhone users:** App Store
- **For Android users:** Google Play
**Supported OS:**
- iPhone: iOS 14 and later
- Android: Android 7.0 and later (some models are excluded)
2. **Log in to the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To use the ALPHAZ app and TICKET feature, a ＋ID is required.
If you do not have a ＋ID, create one via the "＋ID Create New" option on the ALPHAZ app login screen or the ALPHAZ website menu.
Then, log in to the ALPHAZ app using your ＋ID.
Those who already have a ＋ID should log in to the ALPHAZ app with their existing ＋ID.
3. **Register for the TICKET Feature:**
After logging in to the ALPHAZ app, you must register in advance to use the TICKET function. Please follow the steps below to register.
**Registration Steps:**
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. Enter your information on the TICKET information screen and press the confirmation button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your phone number.
4. Once the ‘registration complete’ screen is displayed, press the "return" button.
5. Your registration is complete when the MY EVENT screen is displayed.
* Please be sure to register the same phone number as the cell phone number for receiving tickets at the time of ticket purchase.
* Tickets will not be displayed before the ticketing start date (event display start date).
Steps 4 to 6 should be completed after the ticketing start date.
Once ticketing begins, you will receive an email at your registered email address with information on how to start receiving your tickets.
4. **Ticket Collection:**
After the event displays the start date and time (ticketing start date and time), please follow the steps below to receive your tickets.
【How to get your tickets】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. If you registered with a phone number to receive tickets at the time of purchase, the RECEIVE (ticket collection) screen will be displayed.
3. Press "confirm" on the ticket collection screen.
4. Check the ticket details and press "receive ticket."
5. Completion is confirmed when "Ticket received" is displayed.
* If you have not registered, follow the on-screen instructions for registration (enter your "TICKET" information and verify your phone number).
* It will only be displayed if there are tickets that can be received with your registered phone number.
* Please note that if the "phone number registered at the time of ticket purchase" and "the phone number authenticated with the ALPHAZ app" are different, tickets cannot be issued.
* Tickets for events prior to the start date of their ticketing (display start date) cannot be used within the app.
5. **Ticket Distribution:**
Each person is required to bring one ticket for admission to this performance. If you purchase two or more tickets, please follow the instructions below to distribute the tickets to those accompanying you.
【How to Distribute Tickets】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. Select the event you wish to distribute tickets for from MY EVENT.
3. Press "ticket details" for the ticket you wish to distribute.
4. Press "distribute ticket."
5. Choose either "email," "SMS," or "copy URL." Pressing any of these options will either launch an application with the transfer URL or copy the URL.
6. Send the URL without deleting it. If copying the URL, paste it into a message app and send it to your companion.
7. The ticket will display "waiting for acceptance."
8. Once the companion accepts, their name will be displayed on the ticket.
* Please note that tickets for purchasers cannot be distributed or transferred.
* Accompanying guests must also download the ALPHAZ app and register an account.
* Arriving at the venue without distributing the tickets may delay your admission.
Please be sure to distribute tickets, make sure any accompanying individuals have downloaded the ALPHAZ app, and receive the tickets before you arrive at the venue.
6. **Entry on the Day of the Event:**
QR code authentication will be conducted at the venue entrance. Press "TICKET" from the ALPHAZ app menu, display the QR code from the QR tab, or "Display QR code for venue entry" on the ticket screen, and proceed to the entrance.
* It will not be possible to participate in the event by presenting screenshots or pictures of QR codes.
* For this performance, each person must present a QR code to enter.
* If both the applicant and accompanying person(s) still need to complete steps 1 through 4, access to the venue may take extra time. Be sure to receive and distribute tickets before arriving at the venue.
* The entrance may be very crowded just before the performance begins. As such, you may not be able to enter the venue in time for the start of the performance, so we recommend arriving early and in adequate time.
* If the latest QR code is not displayed because your smartphone is not connected to the internet, it will not be possible to authenticate your tickets. In that case, press "Refresh" while your phone has a connection to the internet and the latest QR code will be displayed.

- Smoking areas within the venue will be closed after the performance.
- The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages, as well as entry in an intoxicated state, is prohibited.
- Pregnant individuals, those who may be pregnant, those with chronic illnesses or underlying health conditions, and anyone who may find it difficult to act independently should prioritize their own and their companions' safety and carefully consider their attendance.
- Gifts, celebratory flowers, and stand flowers for performers are not accepted. Any items delivered to the venue or handed directly to members or staff will be declined.
- Fan letters should be placed in the designated fan letter box located within the venue.
