Please check the following information carefully so that you can have an enjoyable time with XG.
【Important Notice to Ticket Purchasers for XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL" Landing at Manchester】
<General Information>
● Door timings:
- VIP Check-In: 4:30PM
- VIP Doors Open: 5:30PM
- VIP Check-In Close: 6:30PM
- VIP Soundcheck Party: 6:45PM
- Doors Open to Public: 7:00PM
- Show Time: 8:00PM
● Admission by full ticket only, printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
● There will be security checks at designated security checkpoints, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
● Ticket Holders with prohibited items will not be allowed access.
● No re-entry permitted
<Regarding Fan Letters>
● We will provide a box within the venue for the collection of fan letters.
● Only fan letters with greetings from our ALPHAZ are permissible.
● Cash, gift vouchers, photographs, items, or anything other than letters are strictly prohibited.
● As items other than fan letters cannot be returned, we regretfully must dispose of them if received, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
<Regarding Fan Goods>
● The use of light or sound emitting devices other than official merchandise is prohibited.
● Please use any cheering merchandise at chest height during the performance. Please be considerate of those around you during the show.
● Banners etc. using the portraits and logos of the artists are permitted. Fan goods made for your own enjoyment are permitted. Any production, sale, or distribution of such goods for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
● Please do not make or use cheer leading goods of a size that may cause inconvenience to other visitors and fans.
<Regarding Guest-Initiated Events>
● Initiatives or fan-activities initiated by guests within the venue or during the performance may potentially disrupt the operation and production of the event.
※Only pre-approved fan-activities are allowed.
<Regarding Unauthorized Merchandise>
● The sale of unofficial merchandise within the premises, as well as in nearby facilities or public spaces, is strictly prohibited.
● In cases of malicious intent, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.
<Audio, photography & videography policy>
● You are allowed to take photos and videos during the live performance.
● You may also post them to your social network. However, please observe the following rules:
- Photographic equipment is limited to smartphones only.
- The use of cameras such as SLRs and digital cameras is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using a tripod, smartphone telescope, selfie stick, or other holder to take pictures.
- Streaming and other video distribution is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using communication apps or video calls.
- Please be considerate of the people around you who may be captured in your photography.
- We may take action if we find any malicious photography or posts that may cause inconvenience to surrounding guests.
- During the performance, we kindly ask that you either remain in your assigned seat or stand in your seating area for viewing.
- Actions such as leaving your seat, rushing forward, leaning out, etc., are strictly prohibited.
- On the day of each performance, please listen for announcements within the venue for any additional instructions.
<Prohibited Items>
● The bringing of electronic devices (such as professional cameras, binoculars with recording capabilities, recorders, and video recording equipment), as well as hazardous items, into the venue is strictly prohibited.
● The following restricted / prohibited items are NOT permitted into the venue
•Weapons, including but not limited to: firearms, knives, combat weapons (e.g. air and gas operated, swords, nunchucks, kamas, sai), explosives, heavy chains (excluding wallet chains and purse straps less than one (1) inch in diameter and two (2) feet in length), brass knuckles (excluding carabiners), clubs/bats/sticks, pepper spray, aerosol sprays, nitrous oxide, ammunition and training simunition rounds, explosives and explosive components, fireworks, CBR (chemical-biological-radiological) substances, projectiles of any kind and any replica of same items that could be mistakenly identified as weapons under this policy, or any weapon as defined in UK law.
•Illegal drugs and substances, including unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles and nitrous oxide. Legally prescribed medications may be permitted if in a prescription bottle/container with a pharmacy-generated label containing the individual’s name – subject to verification via valid identification. Any other medications are considered on a case-by-case basis on site.
•Bags and containers larger than 40cm x 40cm x 20cm.
•Alcohol, cans, bottles, including any glass objects or vessels or metal cans and objects.
•Food or drink (unless required due to a pre-existing condition which is supported with medical evidence).
•Liquids, gels and perfumes of more than 100ml.
•Laser pens or pointers.
•Professional cameras, including professional camera equipment (e.g., camera stand, lenses, and selfie sticks).
•Fireworks, fire-starters, and open flames.
•Laptops, tablets, audio recording equipment, noise-making devices or card reading devices.
•Skateboards and rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorised and non-motorised vehicles.
•Non-service animals/animals not used by those with a disability.
•Unauthorised solicitation, flags or marketing materials (e.g., posters, flyers, stickers).
•All unapproved unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or drones unless expressly authorised in accordance with LNE’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems Policy.
•Chairs or stools.
•Helmets.
•Large umbrellas.
•Pushchairs.
•Spray cans, markers and graffiti pens.
•Any item deemed to be dangerous by the General Manager (the designated responsible person for the overall general event operations and implementing this policy) or local Police or Licensing Officer.
- Any other items as determined by the Organiser that may cause injury, or public nuisance
- Venue Management reserves the right to prohibit and/or remoe any items from the venue at any time
<Regarding VIP ticket holders’ benefits>
► Soundcheck Party
● All VIP ticket holders are required to present their valid ticket for verification purposes into the venue.
● Wristbands will be handed out before entering the venue. Please keep them on throughout the show.
● Doors for the VIP Soundcheck Party will open at 5:30pm
● Strictly no photography and videography during the VIP Soundcheck party,patrons found with prohibited items such as cameras or taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
● After Soundcheck ends, all VIP ticket holders need to exit the hall and re-enter once again for the main show.
► Send-Off Event
● VIP ticket holders are to remain at their standing location after the concert has ended. Ushers will guide you accordingly, kindly follow their instructions.
● Please ensure that you have your ticket with you AND that your wristband is still on after the concert.
● The send-off party is non-transferable. If the wristband is tampered with, you will not be allowed to attend the send-off party.
● Strictly NO photography & videography is allowed during the send-off party, patrons found taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
► VIP Fan Benefits Redemption Instructions
● Collection Time: From 4:30PM
● Location: E3 Car Park Adjacent to O2 Victoria Manchester Warehouse
● The following instructions are for VIP ticket holders who wish to collect their VIP Laminate and Lanyard, and Exclusive Photo-card Collectible:
- A valid ticket (printed or electronic) and a valid ID of the ticket purchaser must be shown for verification purposes during redemption.
- Each VIP ticket holder can only collect ONE (1) VIP Wristband, ONE (1) VIP Laminate & Lanyard, and ONE (1) photo-card.
- VIP ticket holders must collect their benefits prior to the sound check party.
- Latecomers will not be offered benefits, please ensure you make your redemption within the stipulated timings above.
- Any items not collected by the VIP check in ends will be deemed as automatic forfeiture of the benefit.
Please cooperate with the staff at the venue and follow their directions.
