The official resale service allows individuals who can no longer attend the event to sell their tickets, while those who wish to attend can purchase them at face value.
The official resale service for the additional Japan shows of "XG 1st WORLD TOUR 'The first HOWL'" will be operated through "ALPHAZ STORE."
・For those who can no longer attend the event:
Simply select the tickets for the performance displayed in the "MY EVENT" section of the "TICKET" screen in the smartphone-exclusive app "ALPHAZ," and you can easily list them for sale. If a transaction is completed with a prospective buyer, ALPHAZ STORE will handle the payment of the ticket price.
・For those interested in purchasing tickets via resale:
During the resale period, access "ALPHAZ STORE" to purchase tickets if there are any available for sale.
After registering, you can navigate to "ALPHAZ STORE" from the resale button located in the upper-right corner of the "MY EVENT" section on the "TICKET" screen of the "ALPHAZ" app, enabling you to purchase tickets being resold.

Individuals who possess a smartphone-compatible device and have purchased tickets through the following reception methods are eligible to list tickets for resale using the "ALPHAZ" app:

※ Customers who wish to list tickets for resale for accompanying individuals should keep the tickets intact and not distribute them separately.

Customers who possess a credit card listed as a payment method.
