We have some important information for those attending XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL” Landing at Melbourne.

【Important Notice to Ticket Holders for XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL" Landing at Melbourne】
<General Information>
● Event Timings:
- VIP Check-In: 5:00-5:45PM
- Soundcheck Experience Starts: 6:00PM
- Doors Open to Public: 6:30PM
- Show Time: 8:00PM
● Admission by full ticket only.
● There will be security checks at designated security checkpoints, ticket holders are advised to arrive early.
● Ticket holders with prohibited items will not be allowed access.
● Pass-outs are available at Margaret Court Arena, however, re-entry is only permitted upon presentation of a valid event ticket, and patrons will be subject to the same security checks when re-entering the venue.

<Regarding Fan Letters>
● We will provide a box within the venue for the collection of fan letters.
● Only fan letters with greetings from our ALPHAZ are permissible.
● Cash, gift vouchers, photographs, items, or anything other than letters are strictly prohibited.
● As items other than fan letters cannot be returned, we regretfully must dispose of them if received, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
<Regarding Fan Goods>
● The use of light or sound emitting devices outside of official merchandise is prohibited.
● Please use any cheering merchandise at chest height during the performance. Please be considerate of those around you during the show.
● Banners etc. using the portraits and logos of the artists are permitted, provided they do not exceed A4 in size (21cm x 29.7cm). Fan goods made for your own enjoyment are permitted, as long as they do not breach the Venue’s Conditions of Entry. Any production, sale, or distribution of such goods for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
● Please do not make or use cheerleading goods of a size that may cause inconvenience to other visitors and fans.
<Regarding Guest-Initiated Events>
● Initiatives or fan-activities initiated by guests within the venue or during the performance may potentially disrupt the operation and production of the event.
※Only pre-approved fan-activities are allowed.
<Regarding Unauthorised Merchandise>
● The sale of unofficial merchandise within the premises, as well as in nearby facilities or public spaces, is strictly prohibited.
● In cases of malicious intent, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.
<Audio, Photography & Videography Policy>
● You are allowed to take photos and videos during the live performance.
● You may also post them to your social network. However, please observe the following rules:
- Photographic equipment is limited to smartphones only.
- The use of cameras such as SLRs and digital cameras is prohibited.
- Please refrain from using a tripod, smartphone telescope, or filming with devices mounted on selfie sticks or holders.
- Streaming and other video distribution is prohibited.
-Video calls via communication apps are also prohibited.
-When posting content, please be considerate of other attendees who may appear in your photos or videos.
-If we find any inappropriate filming or posting that causes inconvenience to others, we may take action. Thank you for your understanding.
-During the concert, please enjoy the performance either standing or sitting at your assigned seat.
-Leaving your seat, rushing forward, or leaning over are strictly prohibited.
-Please listen for any additional announcements at the venue on the day of the event.
<Prohibited Items>
・Illegal substances, including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs
・Incendiary devices, including flares, fireworks and smoke bombs
・Firearms and explosives, chemical, radioactive or biological substances
・Laser lights
・Alcohol
・Animals (other than assistance dogs)
・Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades/ skates
・Professional cameras, audio recording devices or video cameras
・Camera Tripods and detachable lenses above 300mm
・Chairs/stools
・Glass (including bottles) or cans, metal or hard plastic containers, including metal water bottles and plastic bottles over 600ml
・Large flags/banners exceeding 1.6m
・Unauthorised advertising material or flyers
・Musical instruments
・Any large item that cannot be placed under a seat; and
・Any other item that in the opinion of M&OP management, could cause harm or public nuisance.
<Regarding VIP Ticket Holders’ Benefits>
► Soundcheck Party
*For ticket holders of "Xtraordinary Version X" and "Xtraordinary Version G"
● All VIP ticket holders are required to present their valid ticket and matching identification for verification purposes into the venue.
● VIP Package redemption information has been emailed to the address listed on the Ticketek customer account used to purchase the tickets. If you have not received this information, please email vip@frontiertouring.com.
● Strictly no photography and videography during the VIP Soundcheck party, patrons found with prohibited items such as cameras or taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
● After Soundcheck ends, all VIP ticket holders will be able to remain in their seats until the start of the show.
► Send-Off Event
*Only for ticket holders of "Xtraordinary Version X"
● Xtraordinary Version X ticket holders will be provided instructions on how to access the send-off event when checking in at the designated VIP check-in point.
● Please ensure that you have your ticket with you AND that your wristband is still on after the concert.
● Entry to the send-off party is non-transferable. If the wristband is tampered with, you will not be allowed to attend the send-off party.
● Strictly NO photography & videography is allowed during the send-off party, patrons found taking photos/videos will be escorted out of the venue.
