Request to Download the App and Register Seat Information in Advance for XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK and XG Wristband Light
At the “XG 1st WORLD TOUR ‘The first HOWL’ FINAL Landing at TOKYO DOME”, a coordinated light show will be presented using wireless-controlled official lights (XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 and XG Wristband Light).
To participate, you will need to register your seat information to the light stick in advance.
Please install the “XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK” smartphone app and follow the instructions to register your seat.
Seat registration will be available once your seat information is visible in the ticketing app.
※For production reasons, bringing any penlights other than the XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1
and XG Wristband Light is strictly prohibited

<Important Notes on Pairing>
In crowded environments such as concert venues, wireless interference and Bluetooth congestion can make pairing extremely difficult.
If you plan to use a light stick, please make sure to download the “XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK” smartphone app in advance and complete the pairing process before entering the venue on the day of the show. You may register seat information to multiple light sticks using a single smartphone. After completing registration for the first device, follow the same steps under [How to Use the App] to register any additional light sticks.
If you do not have a smartphone on the day of the event, staff at the Light Stick Support Desk will be available to assist you with registration. However, if you are attending with a family member who has a smartphone, please complete the registration ahead of time whenever possible.
Note: If your device is flashing blue (Bluetooth mode) during the performance, the lighting effects will not sync properly. Please follow the instructions below to switch to performance mode (light colour: white):
・For XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1: Slide the switch on the back of the stick to the top position.
・For XG Wristband Light: Press and hold the white button located above the light-emitting section for more than 3 seconds.
<Important Notes on Batteries>
The XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 sold at the venue on the day of the event will come with batteries included. However, for those who already own an XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 or XG Wristband Light, please be sure to check and prepare your own batteries in advance.
Make sure the batteries are inserted in the correct direction—the spring side is the negative (−) end.
If even one battery has low power, the device may not turn on. We highly recommend replacing all batteries with new ones before the performance.
Battery requirements: ・XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1: 3 × AAA alkaline batteries
・XG Wristband Light: 2 × AAA alkaline batteries

A dedicated support desk for light stick-related inquiries will be available on the day of the performance.
If you experience any issues with your light stick or pairing, please feel free to stop by for assistance.
※ Before doors open, support will be available from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM near the merchandise area. After doors open (from 4:30 PM), support booths will be available inside the venue at seven gate locations.
