Legal Action Against Malicious Posts and Defamation - Request for Cooperation from Fans

Recently, we have been aware of malicious and defamatory content targeting not only the members of XG but also XGALX. These posts have appeared across various online platforms, including the official fan club, social media (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and more. It has come to our attention that certain videos have been maliciously edited in highly inappropriate ways intended to shame the members. These videos have been widely distributed online.
At XGALX, we deeply respect the freedom of expression and exchange of opinions. However, the unauthorized and malicious editing of copyrighted videos - our intellectual property - for purposes unrelated to support, constitutes copyright infringement. Such actions also violate the neighboring and moral rights of the XG members featured in such videos and may seriously damage their reputations.
These recent actions not only cause significant harm to the artists themselves but may also affect people across various countries and regions. In the worst cases, such behavior could lead to serious consequences, and cannot be overlooked.
XGALX will take strict action, regardless of the perpetrator’s nationality, against all such malicious behavior - including the defamatory content recently discovered, previously posted and circulated videos, as well as any future content of a similar nature involving our artists. This includes maliciously edited videos, deepfakes, and any other inappropriate forms of video creation, editing, publication, or distribution. Our response will include both civil and criminal legal action.
We are committed to protecting the rights of our artists to the fullest extent possible. This includes identifying those responsible, pursuing criminal charges, and seeking damages - without exception, regardless of the country or region involved.
Fans are kindly asked to report any malicious comments or videos posted against XGALX or its artists to the following contact details in the event that they are discovered.
