② Tap “ALPHAZ POINT”.
③ Select “XG 1st WORLD TOUR “The first HOWL” EXHIBITION” under “Use points” at the bottom.
④ In front of the fan club booth staff, press “Use points”.
* The “XG 1st WORLD TOUR “‘The first HOWL”’ EXHIBITION” and “Use points” button will display on the day of the EXHIBITION.
* Please note that if you press the buttons in advance, it will be invalidated and the points used will not be refunded.

Log in to the ALPHAZ app, go to “MEMBER ID” from the upper right menu, and tap “ALPHAZ POINT” to view your “Available Points”.
To learn how to earn points, tap “ALPHAZ POINT” on the “MEMBER ID” page, and then tap “ALPHAZ APP” under “Earn points”.

* Those who hold multiple memberships, participation is limited to one time per ticket.We appreciate your understanding.
* Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set for the number of prizes distributed per member.
* If prize reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), the prize may be withheld at the discretion of the ALPHAZ office staff. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who have previously been declined event-exclusive gifts will also be ineligible to receive gifts at this event.
* EXHIBITION Prize, XG Prize, and ALPHAZ Prize are only valid on the same day you win. Please exchange for the prize by the closing time of the fan club booth. Please be aware that late exchanges will not be accepted.
* Those who win the XG Prize will not receive the Participation Prize.
* The design of the Participation Prize trading cards cannot be chosen. One out of seven cards will be randomly selected.
* No Exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded. Please note that bonus gifts will not be shipped.
* The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on crowd situations.
* You must present a valid ticket for the day of entry to the EXHIBITION.
* On the day of entry, please log into the ALPHAZ app and present your "MEMBER ID" digital membership card and points.Screenshots are not accepted. Be aware that if your membership has expired on the day of entry, you will not be eligible to participate.
