(Those without tickets for “a-nation 2025” are also eligible)

■ How to check your point balance
Log in to the ALPHAZ app, go to “MEMBER ID” in the upper right menu, and tap “ALPHAZ POINT” to view your “Available Points”.
* To learn how to earn points, go to “ALPHAZ POINT” on the “MEMBER ID” page and tap “ALPHAZ APP” under “Earn points”.
■ How to play LUCKY DRAW
① Log in to the ALPHAZ app and select “MEMBER ID” in the upper right menu.
② Tap “ALPHAZ POINT”.
③ Tap “a-nation 2025”shown at the bottom of the page under “Use points”.
④ In front of the fan club booth staff, press “Use Points”.
* On the day of the event, the “a-nation 2025” and “Use Points” buttons will be displayed.
* Please note that if you press the buttons in advance, it will be invalidated and the points used will not be refunded.
【Important Notes】
* One LUCKY DRAW entry requires 200 points.
Entry Limit: Each person may make up to 2 consecutive attempts. For 3 or more attempts, you must return to the end of the line.
* Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set for the number of prizes distributed per member.
※If prize reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), prizes will be withheld at the discretion of the ALPHAZ Office staff. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who’ve been previously declined event-exchange gifts will also be ineligible to receive gifts at this event.
* LUCKY DRAW prizes such as the XG Prize and ALPHAZ Prize are only valid for the performance on the day of the draw. Please claim them at the fan club booth before it closes. Exchanges after the event day are not accepted.
* Those who win the XG Prize will not receive the Participation Prize.
* The design of the trading card for the a-nation 2025 Prize and Participation Prize cannot be selected. One card will be randomly chosen from seven available types.
* No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded.
* Crowding is expected near opening time. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the venue with sufficient time to spare.
* If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the performance, the waiting line may be terminated. We appreciate your understanding.
* Log in to the ALPHAZ app on the day of the performance and present your digital membership card and point balance, displayed on the "MEMBER ID" screen. Screenshots cannot be used. Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the performance, you will not be eligible.
* Prizes are limited and will end once the maximum number has been reached.
* Only the account holder may play the LUCKY DRAW. Playing using another member's account is prohibited.
