[a-nation 2025] New Membership/Upgrade & Refer-a-Friend Campaign Announced!
On Saturday, August 30 at the 「a-nation 2025」 venue, we’re excited to launch both the “New Membership Registration/Upgrade Campaign” and the “Refer-a-Friend Campaign”!
During the campaign period, all new members who join either the ALPHAZ ANNUAL/PREMIUM, ALPHAZ ANNUAL/STANDARD, or MONTHLY membership will receive special campaign gifts!
Members who upgrade to one of the applicable plans during the campaign period are also eligible to receive various gifts so don’t miss out!

After downloading the ALPHAZ app, please register your XGALX ID by tapping 【 New Registration (Free)】.
Verify your email, and open the ALPHAZ app again to log in by tapping 【Log in with +ID】.
Tap 【SETTINGS】 in the upper right menu.
Select a plan under 【 Join 】 to register.
* Participants must complete membership registration and payment within the campaign period to qualify for this offer. Registrations outside the campaign period will not be eligible.
* Payments cannot be made at the fan club booth. Please sign up during the campaign and show your "MEMBER ID" digital membership card displayed on the ALPHAZ app at the fan club booth.

* There is a limited number of gifts available.
* Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set for the number of prizes distributed per member.
* If prize reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), prizes will be withheld at the discretion of ALPHAZ office staff. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who’ve been previously declined event-exclusive gifts will also be ineligible to receive gifts at this event.
* LUCKY DRAW prizes such as the XG Prize and ALPHAZ Prize are only valid for the performance on the day of the draw. Please claim them at the fan club booth before it closes. Exchanges after the event day are not accepted.
* Those who win the XG Prize in the LUCKY DRAW will not receive the participation prize.
* The design of the trading card for the a-nation 2025 Prize and Participation Prize cannot be selected. One card will be randomly chosen from seven available types.
* No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided after the event has concluded.
* Crowding is expected between venue opening and start of performance. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the venue with sufficient time to spare. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the performance, the waiting line may be terminated. We appreciate your understanding.
* Please be aware that it will be very crowded near the start of the performance, and there is a possibility that you may not be able to arrive at your seat before the performance begins. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience caused by crowding.
* The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding.
* The fan club booth may also be temporarily closed during the performance.
* Please be sure to accompany your friend to the fan club booth at the venue when your friend enrolls. This campaign requires a member to be present when a new member enrolls.
