■ Seat
・The concert ticket included in this tour is VVIP SEAT ticket.
・Seats will be allocated by lottery. Adjacent seats will be provided only to attendees with the "2 guests/1 room" plan. Please note that requests for adjacent seating from “1 guest/1 room” plan attendees will not be accepted.
・The VVIP SEAT area is planned to be located in the front section of the venue closest to the stage, including areas near the main stage, runway, and center stage.
Please note that perceptions of what constitutes a "front section" vary from person to person.
Refunds after purchase, seat changes after entry, or any complaints will not be accepted.

■Minimum attendance requirement:
40 people
* If the minimum attendance of 40 people is not reached, the tour may be canceled.
* Additional guidance will be provided if minimum attendance is not achieved. In this case, concert tickets included in this tour will also become invalid.

■Eligibility requirements:
All applicants and their guests attending must be paid members of “ALPHAZ” both at the time of application and on the day of the performance.
* This global package is available exclusively to paid fan club members (including accompanying guests, who must also be paid members).
* An advance lottery reservation for all paid ALPHAZ members is also scheduled to be held.

■ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ Additional Japan Performances Lottery Reservation Period

<ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members> lottery reservation period:
Friday, January 23, 2026, 10:00 am – Monday, January 26, 2026, 11:59 pm (JST/KST)

* Those applying on behalf of others are required to be ALPHAZ PREMIUM/STANDARD members themselves (if you apply for the 2 guests/1 room plan, your accompanying guest must also be an ALPHAZ PREMIUM/STANDARD member).
* Those who register as ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members before the end of the reservation period, and those who upgrade from MONTHLY plans are eligible. It is recommended that you register as a new member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "Help" section in the app or on the website for details before proceeding.

●Announcement of lottery results and payment terms:
Saturday, January 31, 2026, 3:00 pm – Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 11:59 pm (JST/KST)

* Please understand beforehand that in any case, even if you are selected, your application will be canceled if payment is not completed by the end of the payment period.
* It is recommended that you complete the payment sufficiently ahead of time if you are selected. Payment after the deadline will not be accepted.

■Lottery Application and Procedures
1.Apply for the lottery
After receiving your lottery application, an "application completion email" will be sent to your registered email address from "@his-world.com" domain. Subsequent correspondence will be sent by email from the "@his-world.com" domain.

2.Confirmation of Lottery Result
You will receive an email with the results of the lottery to your registered email.

3.Payment of the tour fee within the deposit period
Please make full payment for the tour within the payment period in accordance with the information in the winning email you received.
Only credit cards can be used for payment of the tour fee.
Please understand in advance that even if you are selected, your reservation will be canceled if payment is not made within the payment period, without exception. After confirming your selection, please make full payment for the tour within the payment period. Payment after the deadline will not be accepted.

4.Application Completion
Your application is complete when we receive your full payment for the tour.
After payment is made, an application completion email will be sent out the day after the payment deadline. If you do not receive the completion email by the day after the payment deadline, please contact us using the contact form below.

5.Final Information Email
We will send you the "Final Information" about this tour at least one week before the performance date.

<NOTE>
* The availability and locations of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ held outside of Japan will be announced as soon as they are determined.
* Reservation is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be selected via a fair and impartial lottery conducted among all those who apply during the reservation period.
* Please be sure to select your first and second hotel preferences when applying.
* If your application details (name, member number, etc.) do not match your ALPHAZ registration info, you will be disqualified.
You can check and edit your information via the ALPHAZ app under MENU > SETTINGS > Member Information. Please make sure all information matches before the end of the application period.
* Those who are selected in the ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members lottery may also apply for the all paid member lottery.
You may be selected for all performances you applied for. (However, you can win a maximum of one entry per performance for the same date and time.)
* It is possible to apply multiple times if you have multiple member ID's, but you are only eligible for a single winning entry.
* Do not submit multiple applications by switching roles between representative and accompanying guest.
* After selection, participant changes are not allowed.
* You must apply for the 2 guests/1 room plan as a group. Individual applications requesting room sharing are not permitted.
* Please cancel your application and reapply within a period of lottery reservation if you wish to change the number of attendees. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the inquiry form.
* If you are selected for a two-person reservation (2 guests/1 room) and payment for both guests is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the entire application will be considered canceled, even if payment for one guest has been received. Please note that in such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
* You are unable to request non-smoking or smoking rooms.
* You may apply for the fan club pre-sale ticket lottery at the same time as the global package. However, please note that you and/or your companion may win multiple entries if duplicate applications are submitted. We kindly ask that you carefully consider and coordinate accordingly before submitting your application.
* The result of the lottery will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application.
* Transferring (including resale) of concert tickets and the right to attend global packages to a third party is prohibited.
* Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of non-attendance or delays in participation due to personal circumstances.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch is planned to be handed out at the venue only on the day of the event. Please note that there will be no later distribution or shipping services available.
* VVIP SEAT concert ticket and other expenses including settlement fees (30,000JPY) that come with the global package cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
* Any cancellation, change, or refund of the tour after being selected for the global package will be processed only for the amount excluding the VVIP SEAT concert ticket price and other charges, including the settlement fee (JPY 30,000). Refund of the tour fee will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth by HIS.
When a tour cancellation, change, or refund is approved, VVIP SEAT concert ticket will also be invalidated and cannot be used separately.
* Please note that we will not be able to provide you any other tour benefits that come with the global package.
* VVIP SEAT concert ticket included in the global package tour will be available at a tour reception desk or at the concert venue and this will not be displayed as a digital ticket on the ALPHAZ app. Please receive your ticket on the day of the event and confirm your seat number and other details.
* VVIP SEAT concert ticket will be invalid if an applicant and an attendee are different and not confirmed by ID. Please note that VVIP SEAT concert ticket cannot be refunded in any cases.
* Seats will be allocated by lottery, and only attendees on the “2 guests/1 room” plan will be seated together. Please note that requests for adjacent seating from “1 guest/1 room” attendees will not be accepted.
* VVIP SEAT is a seat category exclusive to ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ. Please note that VVIP SEAT is not sold separately. Upgrades from All Reserved Seating or VIP SEAT to VVIP SEAT are not available.
* Please be aware in advance that the purpose of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ package is to secure VVIP SEAT concert tickets and not to guarantee “the best” seats. How you feel about VVIP SEAT ultimately depends on individual preferences and we will not respond to any inquiries regarding seating.
* Please note that no claims or refunds for VVIP SEAT will be accepted under any circumstances.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. Please also note that tickets cannot be reissued.
* Details of the global package tour, the reception desk time and location, how to receive concert tickets, and other details will be described in the "Final Information" sent by email to the winners approximately one week prior to the date of the performance.
* Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and bookings will close once rooms are fully booked. Please note that depending on the timing of your application, not all hotels may be available for selection.
* Details regarding the one-way shuttle bus between the venue and the hotel will be provided in the winner’s email. Please note that the shuttle bus may not be available for all plans or hotels.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch is planned to be handed out at the venue. Please note that there will be no advance ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch mailing services including concert tickets.
* Merchandise included in this tour may be sold later exclusively to ALPHAZ members.
* Membership verification will be conducted via digital membership card on the day of the event. Please note that if either the primary applicant or the accompanying guest’s membership has expired on the event day, entry will not be permitted. Verification will be based on the membership number provided at the time of application. Please ensure that both the primary applicant and the accompanying guest remain active members until the performance date.
* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
* Ticketing procedures and other guidelines will be in accordance with the information indicated on the performance schedule and ticket information pages, so please see them for further information.
* By attending, you consent to having any photos or videos that may be taken of you used in promotions on the fan club website, social media, etc.
* Due to a payment processing error or cancellation, we may choose additional winners from those who have applied for this tour, and send a winning notice email after the "Advance Lottery Reservation for All Paying ALPHAZ Members” winning announcement.
Additional winners will be notified by email to the address registered at the time of application on or after Monday, March 2.​
It is recommended that you complete the payment sufficiently ahead of time if you are selected as an additional winner.
Your selection will be void if payment is not completed by the deadline. 
* We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, standing flower arrangements for performers. Please note that we will not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or given directly to XG members or staff.
* Please post your fan letters in the dedicated fan letter boxes located at the venue.
* Please proceed with your application only after thoroughly reading the notices and information found on the application website.
