During the event at the Yokohama store, admission will be restricted by digital numbered tickets that can be applied for via the LINE app.

The status of issuing numbered admission tickets varies by event and time. Information on how to enter with numbered tickets will be posted by 8:00 PM the day before from Tree Village Yokohama @Numbered Ticket Information (@treevillage__y). Please follow the account and wait.

*Waiting near the facility entrance, such as staying up all night or arriving early in the morning, is prohibited.

Depending on the situation, we may be forced to cancel the event, so we ask for your cooperation in following the rules.

*Spontaneous queues and queues formed outside of the designated locations are invalid. We will not be held responsible for such queues.

*We also strictly prohibit reserving a spot in advance, such as by leaving luggage.
