*Children under 3 years old are not allowed to attend. Tickets are required for those aged 3 and above.
*Performing members may change. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
*For the scheduled performances, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not allowed for any reason after the purchase of tickets. Please understand this in advance.
*Resale for profit is prohibited.
*Guests who wish to watch the performance in a wheelchair must use the designated accessible viewing area. After purchasing your ticket, please contact the inquiry number listed for each show.
*Only one accompanying person is allowed per guest in the accessible viewing area. The accompanying person must also have a valid ticket. Please note that space is limited.
*Guests using wheelchairs may apply for ticket upgrades. However, if selected, please be aware that due to limited space in each area, you will be required to transfer from your wheelchair to a designated seat. These areas are not seated-only zones.
