※Wheelchair users may also apply for each upgrade offer, but if selected, due to limited space in each area, you will need to transfer from your wheelchair to the designated seat. Note that this is not an area where seating is required.
※Additionally, if the organizers determine that viewing from each area would be difficult, you may be guided to a handicap-dedicated space (shared by all ticket types). Please be aware of this in advance. Also, seat changes after the performance begins are not possible.

■About Ticket Issuance and Entry
- A smartphone compatible with the exclusive app "ALPHAZ" is required to receive your ticket and enter the venue.
- Please ensure that you and your companions download the ALPHAZ app.
- Downloading, registering and using purchased tickets through the app is free of charge.
After purchasing your ticket, please complete steps 1-6 in advance of the event.
Failure to complete these steps may result in delayed entry.
Ensure you check and complete the following before attending:
1. **Download the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To receive your digital ticket, you will need to download the smartphone-exclusive app "ALPHAZ." Please download the app from the following locations:

2. **Log in to the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To use the ALPHAZ app and ticketing features, an XGALX ID is required.
If you do not yet have an XGALX ID, please select “Sign Up (Free)” on the ALPHAZ app login screen, or click “Sign Up (Free)” from the menu at the top right of the ALPHAZ website to create one.
Once your XGALX ID has been created, you can log in to the ALPHAZ app by selecting “Login” and entering your ID.
If you already have an XGALX ID, please log in using your existing ID via the “Login” button in the ALPHAZ app.
※If you have not logged into the app since August 2025, please read this.
Starting in August 2025, login access to ALPHAZ has transitioned from +ID to XGALX ID.
If you have a +ID, you can continue using your account by completing the migration process to an XGALX ID.
Please follow the instructions under “For those who have not yet completed the migration to XGALX ID” at the bottom of the login screen.
Please note: “For those who do not have an XGALX ID” will take you to a new registration process.
3. **Register for the TICKET Feature:**
After logging in to the ALPHAZ app, pre-registration for the TICKET feature is required. Follow the steps provided to complete the registration.
**Registration Steps:**
1. From the menu, select "TICKET."
2. Enter your information on the TICKET information screen and press the confirmation button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your phone number.
4. Once the ‘registration complete’ screen is displayed, press the "return" button.
5. Your registration is complete when the MY EVENT screen is displayed.
*Ensure that you register using the mobile phone number you designated to receive tickets at the time of purchase.
*Tickets will not be displayed before the start date of the event (ticket issuance start date).
Steps 4 to 6 should be completed after the ticketing start date.
Once ticketing begins, you will receive an email at your registered email address with information on how to start receiving your tickets.
4. **Ticket Collection:**
After the icketing start date, follow these steps to collect your tickets:
【Ticket Retrieval Procedure】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. If you registered with a phone number to receive tickets at the time of purchase, the RECEIVE (ticket collection) screen will be displayed.
3. Press "confirm" on the ticket collection screen.
4. Check the ticket details and press "receive ticket."
5. Completion is confirmed when "Ticket received" is displayed.
*If you have not yet registered, follow the on-screen instructions for registration (enter TICKET information, verify phone number).
*Tickets will be displayed only if there are tickets available to be received for your registered phone number.
*If the phone number you registered at the time of purchase is different from the one authenticated with the ALPHAZ app, you will not be able to issue the ticket.
*Tickets will not be displayed in the app before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date).
5. **Ticket Distribution:**
For this event, each attendee must hold one ticket to enter. If you purchased more than one ticket, please distribute the tickets to your companions as follows:
【Ticket Distribution Procedure】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. Select the event you wish to distribute tickets for from MY EVENT.
3. Press "ticket details" for the ticket you wish to distribute.
4. Press "distribute ticket."
5. Choose either "email," "SMS," or "copy URL." Pressing any of these options will either launch an application with the transfer URL or copy the URL.
6. Send the URL without deleting it. If copying the URL, paste it into a message app and send it to your companion.
7. The ticket will display "waiting for acceptance."
8. Once the companion accepts, their name will be displayed on the ticket.
*Tickets purchased by the buyer cannot be distributed or transferred.
*Companions also need to download and register with the ALPHAZ app.
*If tickets are not distributed before attending, entry may be delayed.
Ensure to distribute the tickets and have companions download the ALPHAZ app and receive their tickets before attending.
6. **Entry on the Day of the Event:**
Entry at the venue will be authenticated with a QR code. From the ALPHAZ app menu, press "TICKET," then either the QR tab or "show entry QR code" on the ticket screen to display your QR code and proceed to the entrance.
*QR code screenshots or screen captures cannot be used for event participation.
*Entry will be one person at a time, displaying their QR code.
*If steps 1-4 have not been completed by both the applicant and companions, entry may be delayed. Please ensure to complete ticket collection and distribution before attending.
*The entrance may be very crowded just before the start of the performance, potentially affecting timely entry, so please arrive early.
*If your phone is offline and not displaying the latest QR code, it may not authenticate. Updating online will display the latest QR code.

※Wheelchair users may also apply for each upgrade offer, but if selected, due to limited space in each area, you will need to transfer from your wheelchair to the designated seat. Note that this is not an area where seating is required.
※Additionally, if the organizers determine that viewing from each area would be difficult, you may be guided to a handicap-dedicated space (shared by all ticket types). Please be aware of this in advance. Also, seat changes after the performance begins are not possible.

■About Ticket Issuance and Entry
- A smartphone compatible with the exclusive app "ALPHAZ" is required to receive your ticket and enter the venue.
- Please ensure that you and your companions download the ALPHAZ app.
- Downloading, registering and using purchased tickets through the app is free of charge.
After purchasing your ticket, please complete steps 1-6 in advance of the event.
Failure to complete these steps may result in delayed entry.
Ensure you check and complete the following before attending:
1. **Download the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To receive your digital ticket, you will need to download the smartphone-exclusive app "ALPHAZ." Please download the app from the following locations:

2. **Log in to the "ALPHAZ" App:**
To use the ALPHAZ app and ticketing features, an XGALX ID is required.
If you do not yet have an XGALX ID, please select “Sign Up (Free)” on the ALPHAZ app login screen, or click “Sign Up (Free)” from the menu at the top right of the ALPHAZ website to create one.
Once your XGALX ID has been created, you can log in to the ALPHAZ app by selecting “Login” and entering your ID.
If you already have an XGALX ID, please log in using your existing ID via the “Login” button in the ALPHAZ app.
※If you have not logged into the app since August 2025, please read this.
Starting in August 2025, login access to ALPHAZ has transitioned from +ID to XGALX ID.
If you have a +ID, you can continue using your account by completing the migration process to an XGALX ID.
Please follow the instructions under “For those who have not yet completed the migration to XGALX ID” at the bottom of the login screen.
Please note: “For those who do not have an XGALX ID” will take you to a new registration process.
3. **Register for the TICKET Feature:**
After logging in to the ALPHAZ app, pre-registration for the TICKET feature is required. Follow the steps provided to complete the registration.
**Registration Steps:**
1. From the menu, select "TICKET."
2. Enter your information on the TICKET information screen and press the confirmation button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your phone number.
4. Once the ‘registration complete’ screen is displayed, press the "return" button.
5. Your registration is complete when the MY EVENT screen is displayed.
*Ensure that you register using the mobile phone number you designated to receive tickets at the time of purchase.
*Tickets will not be displayed before the start date of the event (ticket issuance start date).
Steps 4 to 6 should be completed after the ticketing start date.
Once ticketing begins, you will receive an email at your registered email address with information on how to start receiving your tickets.
4. **Ticket Collection:**
After the icketing start date, follow these steps to collect your tickets:
【Ticket Retrieval Procedure】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. If you registered with a phone number to receive tickets at the time of purchase, the RECEIVE (ticket collection) screen will be displayed.
3. Press "confirm" on the ticket collection screen.
4. Check the ticket details and press "receive ticket."
5. Completion is confirmed when "Ticket received" is displayed.
*If you have not yet registered, follow the on-screen instructions for registration (enter TICKET information, verify phone number).
*Tickets will be displayed only if there are tickets available to be received for your registered phone number.
*If the phone number you registered at the time of purchase is different from the one authenticated with the ALPHAZ app, you will not be able to issue the ticket.
*Tickets will not be displayed in the app before the event display start date (ticket issuance start date).
5. **Ticket Distribution:**
For this event, each attendee must hold one ticket to enter. If you purchased more than one ticket, please distribute the tickets to your companions as follows:
【Ticket Distribution Procedure】
1. Press "TICKET" from the menu.
2. Select the event you wish to distribute tickets for from MY EVENT.
3. Press "ticket details" for the ticket you wish to distribute.
4. Press "distribute ticket."
5. Choose either "email," "SMS," or "copy URL." Pressing any of these options will either launch an application with the transfer URL or copy the URL.
6. Send the URL without deleting it. If copying the URL, paste it into a message app and send it to your companion.
7. The ticket will display "waiting for acceptance."
8. Once the companion accepts, their name will be displayed on the ticket.
*Tickets purchased by the buyer cannot be distributed or transferred.
*Companions also need to download and register with the ALPHAZ app.
*If tickets are not distributed before attending, entry may be delayed.
Ensure to distribute the tickets and have companions download the ALPHAZ app and receive their tickets before attending.
6. **Entry on the Day of the Event:**
Entry at the venue will be authenticated with a QR code. From the ALPHAZ app menu, press "TICKET," then either the QR tab or "show entry QR code" on the ticket screen to display your QR code and proceed to the entrance.
*QR code screenshots or screen captures cannot be used for event participation.
*Entry will be one person at a time, displaying their QR code.
*If steps 1-4 have not been completed by both the applicant and companions, entry may be delayed. Please ensure to complete ticket collection and distribution before attending.
*The entrance may be very crowded just before the start of the performance, potentially affecting timely entry, so please arrive early.
*If your phone is offline and not displaying the latest QR code, it may not authenticate. Updating online will display the latest QR code.

- During the performance, please either stand or sit at your own seat. Leaving your seat, rushing forward, or leaning out of your seat is prohibited.
- Please understand that cancellations, changes, or refunds for tickets purchased for the event are not possible, regardless of the circumstances.
■Initiatives for This Performance■
- Smoking areas within the venue will be closed after the performance.
- The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages, as well as entry in an intoxicated state, is prohibited.
- Pregnant individuals, those who may be pregnant, those with chronic illnesses or underlying health conditions, and anyone who may find it difficult to act independently should prioritize their own and their companions' safety and carefully consider their attendance.
- Gifts, celebratory flowers, and stand flowers for performers are not accepted. Any items delivered to the venue or handed directly to members or staff will be declined.
- Fan letters should be placed in the designated fan letter box located within the venue.
