Log in to the ALPHAZ app, click "MEMBER ID" in the menu on the top right, then click "ALPHAZ POINT" to check your "Available Points."
*To earn points, click on "ALPHAZ POINT" under "MEMBER ID" and check the "ALPHAZ APP" where you can earn points.
■How to participate
① Log in to the ALPHAZ app, display the QR code for "MEMBER ID" in the menu in the upper right corner, and show it to the staff at the fan club booth.
② Please tell the staff at the fan club booth how many times you have participated.

- Lucky draws and trading card giveaways are only open to the account holder. Participation using accounts other than the account holder's will not be permitted.
Please note that if you are a MONTHLY member who upgraded via Google in-app purchase, you will not be provided with ANNUAL/PREMIUM STANDARD services until your MONTHLY membership expires.
・If there is any suspicion that the benefits are being resold (we may ask for identification), the ALPHAZ office will decide not to hand over the benefits to you. In such cases, no refunds will be given for membership fees or other expenses. If you have been refused benefits at venues in the past, you will also be refused benefits this time.

・Only the winner can participate. Companions will not be allowed to participate under any circumstances.
・Transferring or reselling the prize to another person (including relatives) is strictly prohibited. If any fraud is discovered, the prize will be invalidated.
・The event will be held after the live performance. You may be asked to wait after the performance for preparations.
・Please note that if you are unable to attend the SEND-OFF EVENT, we will not be able to reschedule it to another date or venue.
・Recording, filming, photography, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the event. Anyone found engaging in prohibited activities will be asked to delete the data and immediately leave the venue.

・Crowds are expected from the time the venue opens until just before the show starts. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare and help alleviate congestion. If staff determine that you will not make it in time for the show, we may close the queue.
・Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in arriving at the start of the performance due to overcrowding.
・Depending on the level of congestion, the fan club booth may be temporarily suspended or canceled.
・Please note that if the organizers determine that it is difficult to carry out the project due to unavoidable circumstances, the project may be cancelled.
