Log in to the ALPHAZ app → From the upper right menu, select “MEMBER ID” → Tap “ALPHAZ POINT” → Check your “Available points”
* To learn how to earn points, go to “MEMBER ID,” tap “ALPHAZ POINT,” and check “ALPHAZ App” under “Earn points.”

① Log in to the ALPHAZ app, tap the menu in the top right corner, then tap “MEMBER ID.”
② Tap “ALPHAZ POINT.”
③ At the bottom of the page, tap “XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE” under “Use points.”
④ At the fan club booth, tap “Use Points” in front of the staff.
* The “XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE” and “Use Points” buttons will appear on the day of each show.
* Please do not tap the button in advance. Doing so will be considered invalid, and any points used cannot be returned.
■ Important Notes
【About Prizes】
・There is a limited number of prizes available.
・Winners of the XG Prize will not receive the Participation Prize.
・Trading card designs for the XG Prize and Participation Prize cannot be selected and will be distributed at random.
・XG Prize: One complete set will be given at random from the 3 available sets.
・Participation Prize: One card will be distributed at random from 21 available designs.
・THE CORE, XG and ALPHAZ prizes are valid only on the day of the draw. Please claim your prize directly from the fan club booth staff on that day. Prizes cannot be redeemed at a later date.
・No exchanges or replacements will be accepted other than for defective items, and no further support or assistance will be provided at a later date. Please note that we do not offer shipping for prizes.
・Depending on the situation, a daily limit may be set on the number of prizes each member can receive.
【About Participation & Membership】
・Log in to the ALPHAZ app on the day of the show and present your digital membership card and point balance displayed on the "MEMBER ID" screen. Screenshots cannot be used.
・Please note that if your membership expires on the day of the show, you will not be eligible.
・Only the account holder may participate in the LUCKY DRAW. Participation using accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted.
・For MONTHLY members who have upgraded via Google In-App Billing, please note that ANNUAL/PREMIUM or ANNUAL/STANDARD membership services will not be available until your current MONTHLY membership expires.
・If prize reselling is suspected (ID verification may be required), prizes will be withheld at the discretion of the ALPHAZ Office. No refunds of membership fees will be provided in such cases. Members who have previously been denied prizes at other venues will also be ineligible to receive prizes for this event.
【About the “THE CORE Prize: SEND‑OFF EVENT”】
・Only winners themselves may participate; accompanying persons are not allowed in any case.
・Transfer to any third party (including family members) or resale is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in invalidation of the prize.
・The event is scheduled to take place after the show. Please note that there may be a waiting period while preparations are made.
・Please note that if you are unable to attend the SEND-OFF EVENT, transfers to other dates or venues will not be available.
・Recording, filming, photography, or live streaming during the event is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be required to delete the data and will be immediately removed from the venue.
【Other】
・Crowding is expected between venue opening and start of the show. Please help reduce crowding by visiting the venue with sufficient time to spare. If it is determined by staff that there is no longer enough time to finish admission before the start of the show, the waiting line may be terminated.
・Please note that we accept no responsibility for any inconveniences, including missing the show start time, due to congestion.
・The fan club booth may be suspended or canceled depending on the amount of crowding.
・Please note that the event may be canceled if the management determines the event cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
