This is an important notice for those who have purchased tickets to XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE (Bangkok Show).
We politely ask for your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy an amazing time with XG. Please check the details below.
≪Important Notice for Ticket Holders of XG WORLD TOUR: THE CORE (Bangkok Show)≫
<General information>
[Doors/Times]
- VIP Check-In: 1:00 PM
- VIP Doors Open: 4:15 PM
- VIP Soundcheck Party: 4:45PM
- Doors Open to Public: 5:30PM
- Show Time: 7:00 PM
・Entry requires a full ticket. You must present either a printed or an electronic ticket.
・There will be inspections at designated security checkpoints, so please arrive early.
・Guests carrying prohibited items will not be permitted entry.
・No re-entry is allowed.
<Receiving Fan Letters>
・A box will be set up inside the venue at the fan club booth.
・Only fan letters containing positive feelings from ALPHAZ (fans) will be accepted.
・Cash, gift certificates, photos, physical items, or anything other than a letter will not be accepted under any circumstances.
・Anything other than fan letters cannot be returned, please understand in advance that such items must unfortunately be discarded.
<Support items/Merchandise>
・The use of light-emitting or sound-emitting items other than official merchandise is prohibited.
・Please hold your support items at chest height during the performance, to be considerate of those around you.
・Support items that use the artists' likenesses or logo are permitted.
・These are intended for guests' own personal enjoyment; any production, sale, or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from making or using support items of a size that would inconvenience other guests.
<Fan-Organized Activities>
Please refrain from any activities organized voluntarily by fans inside the venue or during the performance, as these may interfere with the operation and production of the show.
*Activities that have received prior approval will be permitted to proceed.
<Illegal Merchandise>
・The sale of unofficial merchandise is prohibited within the venue and in nearby facilities/public spaces.
・In malicious cases, legal action may be taken as necessary.
<Audio Recording, Video Recording, and Photography>
Photography and video recording during the live performance is permitted.
You are also welcome to post to your own social media, but please observe the following:
・Only smartphones may be used as recording equipment.
・The use of SLR cameras, digital cameras, or similar cameras is prohibited, and these items must not be brought into the venue.
・Please refrain from using tripods, smartphone telescopic lenses, selfie sticks, or holders to hold your device while filming.
・Streaming or live video broadcasting is prohibited.
・Please refrain from video calls via communication apps.
・Please be considerate of guests around you who may appear in your footage.
・If malicious filming or posts causing inconvenience to other guests are identified, action may be taken. Please understand this in advance.
・During the performance, please remain standing or seated at your own seat to view the show.
・Leaving your seat, rushing to the front, or leaning out of your seat is prohibited.
・On the day of the performance, please reconfirm any announcements made inside the venue.
<Prohibited Items>
・Bringing in electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with a recording function, audio recorders, video equipment, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited.
・The following items are prohibited or restricted from being brought into the venue:
- Food and drink brought from outside the venue
- Noise-making devices such as air horns or whistles
- Flags or placards with offensive slogans or advertisements
- Fan boards larger than 21cm x 29.7cm (A4)
- Laser pointers
- Camera / Video Camera
- Glass / Metal Bottles
- Fireworks / Sparklers / Flammable Items
- iPad / GoPro camera / Selfie stick / Monopod
- Any item that can be considered a weapon
- Any other item the organizer determines may cause injury or public inconvenience
<VIP Ticket Holder Benefits>
[Soundcheck Party]
・All VIP ticket holders must present a valid ticket upon entry.
・Wristbands will be distributed before entering the venue. Please wear your wristband throughout the show
・Doors for the VIP Soundcheck Party open at 4:15PM, with the event starting at 4:45PM.
・If you do not arrive in time for the event start, you will not be able to enter the Soundcheck Party venue.
・Photography and video recording are prohibited during the VIP Soundcheck Party benefit. Guests who bring prohibited items (such as cameras) or who take photos/videos will be asked to leave.
・VIP ticket holders participating in the Soundcheck Party must exit the venue once the event concludes and re-enter separately afterward.
[Send-Off Event]
・After the concert concludes, VIP ticket holders should remain in place and follow the instructions of the staff.
・Please note that your ticket and wristband will also be required after the concert ends.
・The right to participate in the Send-Off Event is non-transferable. If the wristband has been tampered with, you will not be able to participate in the event.
・Photography and video recording are prohibited during the Send-Off Event. Guests who take photos/videos will be asked to leave.
[VIP Fan Benefit Exchange Information]
・Exchange hours: 1:00PM – 8:00PM
・Location: VIP PACKAGE BOOTH IN FRONT OF GATE 3
・How to exchange for the VIP laminate pass / neck strap / limited photo card:
- You must present a valid ticket (printed or electronic) and your VIP wristband.
- VIP ticket holders may exchange for one each of the VIP laminate pass / neck strap / limited photo card.
- VIP benefits may only be collected either before or after the Soundcheck Party.
- If you are late for the exchange time, we will be unable to accommodate you, so please complete your exchange within the designated time period.
If the exchange is not completed by 8:00PM, the benefit will be automatically forfeited.
