All applicants and their guests attending must be paying members of 'ALPHAZ' both at the time of application and on the day of the tour.
*Pre-sale ticket lottery reservation period for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members is to ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members​ ​
(guests must also be ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members).
*This is a global package exclusive to paying members (guests must also be paying members).

■Pre-sale ticket lottery reservation period for ALPHAZ ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members:
Friday, March 22nd, 2024 from 12:00 pm - Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 11:59 pm (JST/KST)
*Those applying on behalf of others are required to be ALPHAZ PREMIUM/STANDARD members themselves (if you apply a plan for 2 guests / 1 room, your guest must also be an ALPHAZ PREMIUM/STANDARD member).
*Those who register as ANNUAL PREMIUM/STANDARD members before the end of the reservation period, and those who upgrade from MONTHLY plans are eligible. It is recommended that you register as a new member or upgrade sufficiently ahead of time. Depending on the payment method, the timing of plan change may vary, so we ask that you first check the "HELP" section of the app or on the website before proceeding.

■Announcement of lottery results and payment terms:

*Please understand beforehand that in any cases, even if you are selected, your application will be cancelled if payment is not completed by the end of the payment period.

■Lottery Application and Procedures
1.Apply for the lottery
After receiving your lottery application, an "application completion e-mail" will be sent to your registered e-mail address from "@his-world.com" domain.Subsequent correspondence will be sent by e-mail from the "@his-world.com" domain.

2.Confirmation of Lottery Result
You will receive an email with the results of the lottery to your registered email.

3.Payment of the tour fee within the deposit period
Please make full payment for the tour within the payment period in accordance with the information in the winning email you received.Only credit cards can be used for payment of the tour fee.
Please understand this beforehand that if payment is not made within the payment period, your right to attend the global package tour will be cancelled under any circumstances even if you have been selected as a winner.​ ​

4.Application Completion
Your application is complete when we receive your full payment for the tour.
After payment is made, an application completion e-mail will be sent out the day after the payment deadline. If you do not receive the completion e-mail by the day after the payment deadline, please contact us using the contact form below.

5.Final Information Email
We will send you the "Final Information" about this tour at least one week before the performance date.

NOTE:
*The availability of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ held outside of Japan and the available package tours will be announced as soon as they are determined.
*Reservation is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be selected via a fair and impartial lottery conducted among all those who apply during the reservation period.
*Please be sure to select your first to fourth tour plan choices when applying.
*If you win the lottery, only one of tour plans will be selected from the 1st to 4th choices.
*Please be aware that if you are selected, you will not be able to make changes to attendees after the lottery is completed.
* It is possible to apply multiple times if you have multiple member ID's, but you are only eligible for a single winning entry.
*It is possible to request swapping applicant and guest, but only one application will be accepted if you are selected.
*You must apply for a 2-person room as a group. Separate applications (for a shared room) are prohibited.
*Please cancel your application and reapply within a period of pre-sale ticket lottery reservation if you wish to change a number of attendee.
* You are unable to request hotels and rooms types.
* You are unable to request non-smoking or smoking rooms.
*You are able to apply for the fan club advance ticket lottery at the same time as the Global Package. However, duplicate wins will not happen.
*The result of lottery will be sent to an email which registered at the time of application.
*Transferring (including resale) of concert tickets and the right to attend global packages to a third party is prohibited.
*Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of non-attendance or delays in the participating due to personal circumstances.
*ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch is planned to be handed at the venue only on the day of the event. Please note that there will be no ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch shipping services after the event.
*VVIP SEAT concert ticket and other expenses including settlement fees (20,000JPY) come with the global package cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reasons whatsoever.
*Cancellation, change, or refund of the tour after winning the Global Package will be for the amount excluding VVIP SEAT concert ticket and other expenses including settlement fees (20,000JPY). Refund of the tour fee will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth by HIS.
When a tour cancellation, change, or refund is approved, VVIP SEAT concert ticket will also become invalid, and receiving only VVIP SEAT concert ticket cannot be allowed.
*Please note that we will not be able to provide you any other tour benefits that come with the Global Package.
* VVIP SEAT concert ticket included in the Global Package Tour will be available at a tour reception desk or at the concert venue and this will not be displayed as a digital ticket on the ALPHAZ app. Please receive your ticket on the day of the event and confirm your seat number and other details.
* VVIP SEAT concert ticket will be invalid if an applicant and an attendee are different and not confirmed by ID. Please note that VVIP SEAT concert ticket cannot be refund in any cases.
Seats will be selected by lottery, and only attendees for "2 guests / 1 room" plan will be offered row of seats. Please note that row of seat requests by "1 guest / 1 room" attendee will not be accepted.
*VVIP SEAT is an exclusive seat for ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ. Please note that VVIP SEAT is not available to purchase. No upgrade available from reserved seat or VIP seat to VVIP SEAT.
*Please be aware in advance that the purpose of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ package is to secure VVIP SEAT concert tickets and not to guarantee “the best” seats. How you feel about VVIP SEAT is ultimately depends on individual preferences and we will not respond to any inquiries regarding to seating.
*Please note that no claims or refunds for VVIP SEAT will be accepted under any circumstances.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. Please note that tickets cannot be reissued.
*Details of the global package tour, the hotel where you will be staying, the reception desk time and location, how to receive concert tickets, and other details will be sent by email to the winners approximately one week prior to the date of the performance.
*ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch is planned to be handed at the venue. Please note that there will be no advance ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merch mailing services including concert tickets.
*There is no baggage-carry service on this tour. We recommend that you leave your suitcases and other large luggage at the front desk of your hotel in advance.
*Membership verification will be conducted via digital membership cards on the day of the event. Please be aware that if either you or your guest's membership has expired, you will not be able to attend the tour.
*The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
*Ticketing procedures and other guidelines will be in accordance with the information indicated on the performance schedule and ticket information pages, so please see them for further information.
*By attending, you consent to having any photos or videos that may be taken of you used in promotions on the fan club website, social media, etc.
*Due to a payment processing error or cancellation, we may choose additional winners from those who have applied for this tour, and send a winning notice email after "Pre-sale ticket lottery reservation period for all paying ALPHAZ members” winning announcement.
*Additional winners will be notified by email which registered at the time of application on onwards Tuesday April 16th.
*It is recommended that you complete the payment sufficiently ahead of time if you are selected as an additional winner. 
Your rights will be null if payment is not completed by the end of the payment period.
*We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers to performers. Please note that we will not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or given directly to XG members or staff.
*Please post your fan letters in the dedicated fan letter boxes located at the venue.
